Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 m wide and n.exc. 1.5 m in depth for foundation or manholes etc, and area n exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in with approved soil obtained from excavation including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick/concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L for 150 users conventional RCC Septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC M-30 Design Mix in Walls , Base Slab , Baffle walls and Roof Slab including beams etc with Vent shaft , manhole openings with cover connection etc., complete with effective depth of 1.5 meter and overall depth of 3 meter for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 3 M dia X 6.0 M effective depth Soakage wells excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, benching including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles as directed including necessary form work and finishing the exposed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete type D2 (1:4:8) (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concerete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for manhole cover septic tank covers slabs etc including necessary form work and set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick Plain cement concrete type B-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth by using extra cement etc complete,all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:4) as in manholes, septic tank, filter bed, walls, drains etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble stone masonry uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) including providing weep holes complete all as specified (PCC bond stone shall be measured and paid seperately) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 16 above except stones,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L raised pointing to random rubble walling uncoursed in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, on brick work or concrete surfaces finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint white or tinted over a coat of chalk whitening primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Applying one coat of cement base paint on old external wall surface, including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel work conforming to Fe 410-O or Fe 310-O as in posts and struts etc in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes , notching for wire etc including necessary riveting and/or necessary welding where required and fixing with screws, bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismentling Fencing wire mesh, any type,complete all as specified and directed.

S&F chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, size and type to any type of standard rails, straining bots etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for mild steel round bars of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to IS complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins , etc, as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not other wise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for heavy duty coloured (Dura stone) tiles n exc 0.36Sqm of 8-10mm thick tiles as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 18-20 mm thick granite (of any type) work( table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window sills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite slab complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 150 mm dia SGSW pipe laid in trenches and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete type D2 (1:4:8) for 150mm dia pipe complete all as specified and as directed.
