Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub-class `B' bricks (using old size bricks), straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6, Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (using old size bricks) straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall radius, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 and finishing even and smooth without using extra cement using integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick plain cement concrete, 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, joint filled with bitumen sand mixer finished even and smooth without extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not etc. 50m and making good surface, work in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete, 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in posts, walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars (including caps and bases) including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for structural steel work as in truss, rafter purling, made out of angle / Hollow pipe / tube section including jointing cleats, plates flat iron, gusset plates, rails, braces etc. conforming to Fe 410-W (gde-E-250) Quality, confirming to IS-1161-1979 of grade St-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings conforming to Fe-290 (Gde?E165) (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surface and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and refixing of shutters in same opening after easing and adjusting of any description exc 1 Sqm and n exc 2 Sqm each including resecuring/changing of builders hardware, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement / lime concrete from sunken portion in ground floors and paving n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including surface finishes of any type such as Mosaic, terrazzo tile / tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning surface of sunken portion wall / bottom and applying cement slurry @1.2 Kg per Sqm and applying 15mm thick cement plastred in CM 1:3 finished even and fair using extra cement and applying two coats of acrylic polymer modified cementious slurry as per manufactureas instruction to make the surface leak proof, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete, 1:5:10, Type E-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as filling in Sunken portion, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick plain cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor finish even and rough to receive further floor finishes (tile/kota stone/ marble ), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tile 300x600x06-7mm thick (coloured) on vertical surfaces such as wall, dados etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 10mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Light shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in Skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick backing coat CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified tiles, coloured, size 600 x 600 x 9mm thick as in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete, 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20-25mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab flooring over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing / grinding and polishing upto mirror finish complete over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick with grey cement and no pigment machine pressed, set joined and pointed in neat cement slurry in roofs over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.63mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.63mm thick Galvanised, Plain mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for tightening bolts and closing bolt holes, etc. to rectify the leakage / seepage, in old roof of corrugated steel sheets by sealing with one bitumen and one curved GI washer on either side and 6mm G.I. bolts and nuts if required, all set in stiff white lead, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of timber scantlings 40 sqcm and over in section, in any position unframed work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for second class hardwood in scantlings frame work, wrought, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 20mm thick second class hard wood, clean sawn planks, width n exc. 20cm fixed in existing wooden eves board, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new wood and wood based surfaces of any description exc 10cm with or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI frame work of size 605 x 605mm for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 45 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre including supply and fixing 12mm thick Gypsum Board (water proof) fixed with screw or as per manufacturers instructions and jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges other board any other joints with recommended jointing compound over jointing tapes, finishing with one coat of primer and two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat 2mm thick wall care putty including taking down existing ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 12mm thick particle board, medium density, flat pressed, single layer type or three layer type with BWR type adhesive, fixed with screws to timber frame work, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 6mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/inserted to timber /GI / aluminium framework with screws to ceiling flat or sloping, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated plaster/ AC sheet / Gypsum board surfaces of ceiling including cornices and applying two coats of oil bound distemper colour / tint, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs for 15mm bore tubes, medium grade, galvanised, with all fitting, ( such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs, unions etc.) and fixed complete to and ceiling with clips, wall hooks, wooden plugs or laid in floors including screwing and waste and for forged bends on piping as required, complete all as specified and directed.
