Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutter exc 1.5 sqm and n. exc 4 sqm each (without taking of shutter from the frames) including all fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement applying of two coats of concrete base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick on fair faces & bricks or concrete in ceiling in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering /clading to walls fixed with self tapping screw complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting grooves in brick wall 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing roof treatment of any description and thickness including removal of debris out of MoD land water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising with the following course of treatment/specifications from bottom to top:- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 100 gm per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces. (Make: “TANK MASTIC” of STP Ltd or “EMUFALTE” of Texsa India Ltd/IWL India Ltd). (b) One layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer, 3mm thick, weight not less than 3.60 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester fabric or weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm. Note: (i) Laying of APP based polymeric membrane shall be done over a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 Grade @1.20 kg/sqm after priming surfaces using bitumous emulsion (tack coat) @ 0.30 lit/sqm. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as manufacturers instructions. (iii) The make of polymeric membrane shall be “SUPER THERMOLAY” of STP Ltd or “MOPLY FP” of Texsa India Ltd./IWL India Ltd) (c) Applying two coats of bituminous aluminum paint on top of APP membrane complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with ms square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises & removal of debris out of MoD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified.
