B/R PORTION

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down roof trusses, coupled rafters or trussed beams clear span above 4 m to 8 m etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillers, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

M&L for brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in full brick thick walls, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in two layers (10mm+5mm) on brick or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC on second layer finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note- supply only WPC shall be measured and paid seperately).

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete as specified and directed.
