| - | Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Air-cooled VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) / VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) Outdoor units (ODU), suitable for Heating and Cooling, equipped with highly efficient, full DC inverter-driven Scroll compressors only, air- cooled heat exchanger having internally grooved copper tubes, and a low-noise condenser fan. The units should have auto-addressing, an auto-check function for connection errors, R-410A/R407C Refrigerant gas. The machine should be fitted with a Noise filter, High-Pressure Switch, Fan Driver Overload Protector, Over-Current Relay, Inverter Overload Protector etc.
The outdoor unit and the rest of the indoor units shall remain in operating condition even when the main line power supply of one or more indoor units fails. The ODUs shall be provided with suitable vibration isolators. The system should operate up to a minimum ambient DB temperature of 52 degrees Celsius. The unit shall be equipped with an oil recovery system ensuring stable operation with long refrigeration piping lengths. The system must be provided with an oil balancing circuit to avoid poor lubrication. Compatibility with centralized control systems like BACnet, Lon Works, MODBUS is required.
ODUs should be suitable for 3-phase, 415 V, 50Hz supply. along with suitable interconnecting control cabling between IDUs, ODUs, and the central controller, power cabling between ODU and Isolator, earthing with necessary supports between the isolator and single/multiple outdoor units, Pressure Testing, Additional refrigerant charging for commissioning, Vibration isolators etc along with all associated accessories, complete in all respects as per the consultant's approval

| - | Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of the Soft drawn Copper Pipe 19/20 Gauge with 19mm thick Insulation:1/4 inch (6.35 mm) gas/liquid insulated copper piping. The insulation for copper piping shall be round, closed-cell, antimicrobial nitrile rubber sleeve insulation. The minimum R-values for pipes shall be 0.4 for pipe sizes less than 40 mm and 0.7 for pipe sizes 40 mm and above. Insulation shall be finished with 7 mils of factory-laminated fiberglass cloth. The thermal conductivity of the insulation material shall not exceed 0.035 W/(m·K) at a mean temperature of 0°C as per EN ISO 8497. The installation includes suction filters for the gas line, a filter drier, and a sight glass for the liquid line per the system design between each indoor and outdoor unit. The scope of work shall include chasing, drilling, core cutting, and concealing in walls, as per site conditions, along with the required pipe fittings and accessories such as bends, tees, reducers, Y-joints, supports, refnets, and wall clamps, for the proper commissioning of the VRF/VRV circuit. The thickness of the fittings shall match the pipe thickness. PVC sleeves shall be securely fixed over the copper pipes to provide a protective barrier at all wall openings and along support channels. The work shall be completed as per the consultants approval. The contractor shall ensure that the pipe size and thickness of all refrigerant pipes installed are in accordance with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) recommended technical specifications.. | 3 | metre | - | - |
