Amount

Area cleaning in and around the site by cleaning the bushes, debris, fallen trees, waste materials, garbages etc., collecting, conveying and disposing the same at places as shown by the department with a lead of 1000 metres all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of existing road surfaces by mannual or mechanical brooms including collecting, conveying of deposited sand and removing the unwanted vegetation growth and disposing them with a lead of 500 meter etc. all including safety arrangements, barricadings, labour, tools & tackels, machinery all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Cleaning the under ground sewer line/drain line including Inspection chamber, man -hole, cleaning all the sludge and washing with water etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

All kinds of soil with depth up to 1.5m below average Ground level and disposing surplus excavated earth up to a lead of 50 metres.

Cleaning the surrounding area of various building at all levels by removing the vegetation growth, including clearing choked rainwater downtake pipes, periodically as and when required including necessary ladders and scaffolding arrangements, Conveying the removed unwanted materials to the bins with a lead up to 1.0 Km etc, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Road side storm water drainage

Cleaning of under ground road culverts of clear opening Size 14 X 1.5 X 2.0M by manual means from existing road level including removing all types of soil, silt and slush for upto a invert level of culvert including stacking the excavated materials away from the edge of culvert/ chamber/road edge/ trenches and depositing / disposing the surplus excavated earth with a lead of 30 m (Disposed soil to be leveled by breaking clods, if any and neatly dressed and leveled) as directed by Engineer incharge as per specifications. Note: i) The rate shall include dewatering of culverts whenever necessay. ii) The culvert area has to be kept clean for 6 months.

Attending water supply PVC Pipe line Burst / Breakage for the following various dia. including earth work excavation to ascertain the types of leak including extra length and width of excavation required as per site condition to facilitate removal of damaged / broken pipes, specials and its rectification, dewatering, removing the slush from the trenches, conveying of the earth and slush away (within a lead of 100m) from the trenches to prevent over burden for the trench, conveyance of pipes, specials and other accessories, cutting the burst / broken pipes and removing the pipes from the mains and re-installation the new pipes of 10 Kg. per sq.cm pressure pipe confirming to IS 4985 of make "Finolex" or equivalent approved make jointing and testing the pipeline and re-filling the excavated trenches in to the oroginal condition etc. including labour charges complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Fixing of new pipes wherever required shall be paid under relavent item.

Replacing the following sizes of existing damaged PVC pipes with new PVC pipe of 10 Kg. per sq.cm pressure pipe confirming to IS 4985 of make "Finolex" or equivalent approved make bearing ISI marking including all types of specials, cutting and removing the damaged portion of the existing PVC line, replacing new PVC pipe for flush tank & kitchen waste line with suitable jointing compounds, necessary opening/ chasing of the wall, flooring, etc., without interupting the regular water supply, cost of necessary GI clamps, screws, teakwood plugs, packing pieces, restoring the same after completing the job to its original condition etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Replacing the existing exposed worn-out GI pipe with new GI pipe of "B" class of make "Tata"/Prakash Surya or other approved equivalent conforming to relevant IS standards bearing with ISI mark and heavy quality GI specials such as Coupling, Nipple, Tee, bend, elbow, reducer, union, etc., including cost of fixing, with necessary GI clamps, screws, teakwood plugs, packing pieces, cement required for the work, painting the pipe with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and making opening/ chasing in masonry wall, concrete flooring etc., and restoring the same after completing the job to its original condition, returning the retrieved worn-out pipes to Civil Maintenance stores, etc., at all lifts all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Attending underground sewer supply line Burst / Breakage for the following various dia. including earth work excavation to ascertain the types of leak including extra length and width of excavation required as per site condition to facilitate removal of damaged / broken pipes, dewatering, removing the slush from the trenches, conveying of the earth and slush away from the trenches (within a lead of 100metre) to prevent over burden for the trench, conveyance of pipes, dewatering, removing the pipes from the mains and re-installation the new pipes, jointing and testing the pipeline and re-filling the excavated trenches in to the oroginal condition etc. including labour charges complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Fixing of new pipes wherever required shall be paid under relavent item.

Providing, laying to the slope specified an jointing the following glazed stoneware pipes grade SP1. conforming to IS: 651, jointing with stiff mixture of cement mortar 1:1 (1 cement :1 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete excluding excavation and refilling which will be paid under relevant item all as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning the over head water tanks located at a height up to 20 Meters above ground level by closing the in coming valve of water line, draining out the existing water in the tank, thoroughly cleaning the inside of the tank by using brush, removing the dirty materials, closing the scour valve and releasing the water into the tank after thoroughly cleaning, re-fixing the manhole cover in position etc. including cost of labor, all tools & tackles etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer -in- charge. Note: Frequency for cleaning the water tank shall be at an interval of 3 months.

Over head water tanks capacity upto upto 15 cum

Cleaning the Under Ground Storage Sumps of upto 250 Cum capacity a depth of up to 4.0 meters. below ground level by dewatering, cleaning the wall, floor surface by removing the deposited silt, sand etc. Cleaning and washing walls /floor thoroughly and bailing out the dirty water at the places shown etc. complete including cost of labor, tools & tackles all as per specification and as directed by Engineer -in-charge. Note: Frequency for cleaning the water tank shall be at an interval of 3 months.

Providing and fixing the following sizes of gun metal full way gate valves female ends screwed bonnet integral seat non raising spindle class I, ISI marked to IS: 778 tested to 20 kg/sq.cm hydraulic pressure etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Rectifying the leakages in scour pipe in over head water tanks by chipping the concrete wall, cutting and removing the damaged GI scour pipe and introducing new 25mm to 40mm GI pipe sleeve of medium class of make "Tata" or other approved equivalent with ISI mark of 300 mm long with one end suitable for GI coupling and plug and welded with 150 x 150 x 6mm MS plate including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, embedded and grouting in the over head tank wall with plain cement, cost of GI pipe and GI specials, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of peripheral security fence including removal of wild growth, bushes, weeds, creepers etc. upto a height of 4.0 meter from existing ground level, disposing of unwanted material upto a lead of 500 meter etc. all including scaffolding/ladder tools & tackels, labour all complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing plastering to the external surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5, 20mm thick in two coats including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Fixing of 110mm dia. PVC rain water pipes of existing Rain water pipes which have come out from its original position due to decay of teak wood plug/packing piece, rusted GI clamps including providing new Teak wood plug/packing piece, fixing with new GI clamp with necessary screws, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Restoring the damaged footpath/pathway by relaying there trieved interlocking paver blocks including removing the paver blocks from damaged/undulated/dislocated pathway, stacking the serviceable materials, cutting the uprooting tree roots if any, levelling the surface, consolidating/ramming, relaying the retrieved paver blocks in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of available coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
