Fabrication of 3 mtr long electrodes with 4omm dia MS Round bar having 150 mm Long conical shape by due cutting straighting etc and then piercing it vertically inside the ground with top 700mm below the ground level including shifting of MS round bar from the storage place at substation to switchyard.

Laying of 40mm Dia MS Round bar, 700mm below the ground level by due cutting straighting welding, painting excavation of trenches , backfilling of trench after laying of earthmat include shifting of MS Round bar from storage place to switchyard.

Making of 150mm long lap joint of above laid 40mm dia round bar to connect with existing earth mat of substation by due cutting straighting welding etc

Erection and Fabrication (if needed) of Lattice type main gantry and auxiliary structure their respective beams as per drawing/BOM is to be carried out by contractor. All the duly stacked members of structure are to be shifted from store to work site, tightening of nut, bolts washer, fastening of beams applying standard practise. Beams are to be fastened on the proper alighnment with existing column including latest cost of all labour T&P etc.

Making of shielding Mesh for 220 KV LA by fabrication of 06 Nos 3 meter long electrode with 40mm dia MS round bar having 150mm long conical shape and then its piercing vertically in the ground with top 700mm below ground level and casting of MS Rod dia 40mm x 3 meter embedded in 100 mm dia of marconite and installation in soft soil and connection jointing the electrode with 75x10 mm size MS Flat by welding for making mesh, connecting the shielding mesh with main earth mat at 2 places and finally painting the shielding mesh/ earthing strip with anti-corrosive red oxide primer and 2 coats of green paint with digging of earth trench and its back filling. Two No. risers of 75x10 mm MS Flat shall be welded with existing main earth mat to Auxiliary structure, one separate riser will be taken from laid shielding Mesh to corrosponding 3 Nos LA through surge counter for making of proper Mesh. Note:-Each electrode considers as one job from above chemical earthing.

Providing, fixing and installation of Sign Board of 3ftx2 duly made of 2mm thick GI Plate painted with red oxide primer with 2 coating and then yellow bright and shiny yellow paint and painted with black letter as direction of site engineer board shall be provided with black support frame size 35mmx35mmx5mm with provision of 2 leg for grouting duly painted with black enamel paint complete with all respect to be grouted with casting of C.C. Foundation

Work of loading, safe carriage and unloading of any equipment, structure or any other material from any substation of UPPTCL to JE Store of 220 KV S/S Panki. Every to and from carriage from 220 KV S/S Panki will be considered as one job.

Transformer Works

Complete erection of 60 MVA make 220/33 kv capacitytransformer by erection of radiators canservator tanks. All bushing their turrets connecting oil pipe lines, cooling fans (including cable connections on T/F body), motor drive mechanism of tap changer, rtcc panel, oil pumps and associated oil pipe line etc to completion the job satisfactorily including attending the oil leakage, if any and all other associated works for satisfactory completion of all other associated works for satisfactory completion of work. no T&P shall be provided by the deparment

Shifting of main tank of 60 MVA T/F 220/33 KV make at 220 KV S/S Panki Kanpur from unloading point in switchyard to newly constructed plinth of 60 MVA T/F approx 20 mtr distance including all T&P and all other works required to complete the job satisfactory as per technical specification

Control cable laying and termination from marshalling box of 60 MVA|Transformer to control panel, relay panel and marshalling box to RTCC panel of different size cables, all cable ferrule,cable gland of various size is to be provided by the contractor as per required complete the job satisfactorily

Chemical Delta earthing constsisting of fabrication of 3 Nos. 3 mtr. Long electrode (40 mm dia MS Bar) its placing 700 mm below ground and casting of MS Rod dia 40mm x 3 meter embedded in 100 mm dia of marconite and installation in soft soil and connection of all 3 electrode with 75X10mm MS Flat and connection the same with main earthmat at two places. MS Bar flat and angle will be provided by the department. Note:-Each electrode considers as one job from above chemical earthing.

Earthing of 60 MVA Transformer body , neutral of T/F motor drive mechanism ,marshalling box. RTCC panel with 75X10mm. 50X6mm, MS flat as per required and its joining with already laid earth mat at 2 places with necessary modification in existing support structure for earthing. of green colour in two coats and all other associated work complete the work satisfactorily . MS Flat and angle will be provided by the department.

Emulsifire supply, erection & commissioning work

Supply, Fabrication and laying of following type MS Pipe line above the ground make with support (support is made on Ground level above 300 mm above and below ground level 200 mm below with Cement coarse,sand and concrete /Bricks balast as per standard specification with saction angle,U clamp suitable size for holding following MS pipe line per drawing and specification complete with associated work like cutting,bending,welding including fixing bend/elbow, tee,socket, flanges etc. and Above work also including crossing of roads and cable trenches underground digging the earth,RCC/PCC road and Finally filling, leveling of earth including concreting of road crossing as per standard ratio of RCC/PCC & Underground pipe line should be anticorrosive treated by bituminous painting and all pipe line with one coat red oxide and two coat synthetic enamled paint of Berger/Assian make. Including hydraulic testing of Pipe line at 15 kg/sqcm.(Jindal,Apollo,Tata make).
