(c) Removal of U/S side / front / rear rails and S&F of new side / front / rear rails made out of 2nd class H/W size all as per drawing and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(d) Removal of U/S Back vertical stiffener and S&F of new back vertical stiffener of size 30x15mm made out of teak wood size all as per drawing and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(e) Removal of U/S stiffener and S&F of new stiffener of size 20x15mm made out of 2nd class H/W size all as per drawing and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(f) Removal of U/S cushioning material , Tapestry cloth and plywood seat of chair dinning cushioned and S&F new seat made from plywood 12mm thick 5ply and upholstering of chair with new tapestry cloth of approved shade with foam sheet of 75mm thick 32 density all as per drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Sofa Set 5 seat FD -373 (a) Taking down U/S front legs of sofa set sofa set and S & F new legs of required size with 2nd class hard wood all as per drawing.

(g) Taking out old U/S back of box which holds the drawer and cabinet and S&F new back made out of ply wood 6mm thick commercial plywood.

(h) Taking out old u/s knob / handle of drawer and front shutter of cabinet and S&F new fancy type knob heavy duty of quality as per sample approved..

(i) Taking out old U/S side of cabinet of table and S&F new side cabinet of table as per drawing.

(j) Taking out old U/S shutter of cabinet of table and S&F new shutter of cabinet of table made out of prelaminated particle board 18/19 thick with mild steel chromium plated piano continuous hinges through out with MS screw of appropriate size.

(k) Taking out old U/S top and new top of table made out of prelaminated particle board 18/19mm thick (one side teak finish shade and other side white balancing lamination) with 4mm thick teak wood edging all round all as per drawing.

Side Board FD-241 (a) Taking out U/S top of side board and S&F new top made out of pre laminated particle board 18/19mm thick (one side teak finish shade and other side white balancing lamination) with 4mm thick teak wood edging all round all as per drawing.

(b) Taking out U/S drawer and S&F new drawer made out of prelaminated particle board 18/19mm thick all as per drawing.

(c ) Taking out U/S back ply of side board and S&F new back made out of ply wood 6mm thick (ext gde) both side commercial.

(d) Taking out U/S shutter complete set and S&F new shutter made out of prelaminated particle board 18/19mm thick (one side teak finish shade and other side white balancing lamination) with 4mm thick teak wood edging shutter to be fixed with mild steel chromium plated continuous piano hinges with screw steel of required size. as directed by Engr - in - Charge.

(e) Taking out U/S side of side board and S&F new side pre laminated particle board 18/19mm thick as per required size all as per drawing.

(f) Taking out U/S shelf cabinet and S&F new shelf cabinet pre-laminated particle board 18/19mm all as per drawing.

(g) Taking out U/S Knob/Handle of shutter front of drawer and S&F of new knob fancy type heavy duty of approved design.

(h) Taking out U/S long bottom rail of trestle portion with legs and S&F of new bottom long rail of trestle portion with legs as per required size 2nd class hard wood all as per drawing.

Table Dressing Ladies FD-378/FD-251 (a) Taking out of U/S mirror of table dressing ladies and S&F new mirror of size 1220x365x5mm thick fixed with hard wood framing of 45mmx40mm size with back 6mm thick plywood . All as per drawing.

(b) Taking out of U/S top & bottom of table dressing ladies and S&F new top & bottom made up of 18/19mm thick prelaminated particle board (one side teak finish and other side white balancing lamination) all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(c ) Taking out U/S sliding glass shutter and S&F with new glass shutter of required size and thickness of glass 6mm all as shown on drawing.

(d) Taking out U/S back ply of table dressing box and S&F of new back ply made of 6mm thick both side commercial as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(e) Taking out U/S drawer and S&F of new drawer made out of prelaminated particle board front side and both side 12mm plywood and bottom 6mm commercial including Knobs as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(f) Taking out of U/S long bottom rail of trestle portion and S&F of new bottom trestle portion made out of 2nd class hard wood .

Table Dressing Gents FD-31/ FD-230 (a) Taking out old U/S mirror of table dressing gents and S&F new mirror of size 760mm x 380mm x 5mm thick of approved quality fixed with 2nd class hard wood framing of 45mm x 40mm size with 6mm thick plywood BWR grade for back all as per drawing.

(b) Taking out old U/S top of table dressing gents and S&F new top of size 900mmx300mm with 18/19mm thick prelaminated particle board (one side teak finish shade and other side white balancing lamination) all as per drawing.

(c) Taking out old U/S bottom of table dressing gents and S&F new bottom of size 900mmx300mm with 18/19mm thick prelaminated particle board (one side teak finish shade and other side white balancing lamination) all as per drawing.

(b) Taking out ply wood at back of table bed side and S&F new plywood 6mm thick one side teak veneered other side commercial as directed by Engr - in - Charge.

Hat Stand with mirror FD-206/ FD-233/ FD-361/FD-362 (a) Removal of U/S looking mirror of hat stand and S&F of new mirror 440x300mmx5mm thick of approved quality all as per drawing.

(b) Removal of U/S front side teak face veneered ply 4mm thick and S&F of new T/F veneered ply all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(c ) Removal of U/S back ply 6mm commercial and S&F of new ply 6mm all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(d) Taking down U/S pegs and S&F of new stainless steel pegs of size 100mmx12mm with screw on the hat stand all as per directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(e) Removal of U/S beading and S&F of new beading around the hat stand all as per directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Bin Soiled Linen FD-244 S&F the following new parts after removing broken parts including tightening with screw other members and all as specified and shown drawing. (a) Removing old U/S cane of both side of bin solid linen and S&F aluminium X PM Jalie fixed to the existing frame with 2nd class hard wood beading all around.

Bed Hard FD-213/ FD-246 (a) Removing of U/S long rail and S&F new long rail made out of 2nd class hard wood all as per drawing.

(b) Removing of U/S stiffener under the ply top and S&F new stiffener made out of 2nd class hard wood all as per drawing.

(c ) Removing of U/S head board carefully and S&F new head board made out of 2nd class hard wood frame covered with one side teak veneer ply 4mm thick on both sides of head board including teak wood beading of size all as per drawing.

(d) Removing of U/S foot board carefully and S&F new food board made out of 2nd class hard wood frame covered with one side teak veneer ply 4mm thick on both sides of foot board including teak wood beading of size all as per drawing.

(e) Removing of U/S plywood top and S&F new top of BWR ISI marked plywood 12mm thick x 5 ply ISI marked all as per drawing. Note:- ply wood shall be 1980mm long x 900mm wide (Single piece) as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(f) S&F 'L' type stiffener of size 75mmx75mm made out MS flat iron 35x6mm with MS screw of suitable size to strengthen the head and foot board as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(g) Removal of U/S plywood from head board and S&F new plywood 4mm thick teak veneer one side on existing head board on both side with teak wood beading both side all as per drawing.

(h) Removal of U/S plywood from foot board and S&F new plywood 4mm thick teak veneered one side on existing foot board on both side with teak wood beading both side all as per drawing.

TV Trolley FD/E6/MAP/02R, FD/E6/MAP/04(R) (a) Taking out U/S glass with fitting arrangements and S&F new glass with fitting arrangement and magnetic catcher, size of glass as per drawing. And approved quality glass.

(b) Taking out U/S costar wheel and S&F new costar wheel of best quality all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

(c ) Removal of U/S top for TV Trolley and S&F of new top for TV Trolley top made out of pre laminated particle board as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(d) Removal of U/S shelf cabinet and S&F of new shelf cabinet made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(e) Removal of U/S bottom plank and S&F of new bottom plank made out of pre laminated particle board as per required size as per specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Recanning of Chair Dining, Chair Writing, Chair Easy, Stool Dressing with 2 mm wide plastic cane & 3.5 to 4.0 mm wide cane for perimeter work including removing old cane, complete M&L all as specified and shown on drawing and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Table Bed Side Offr's FD/E6/MAP/15R (a) Taking out U/S top of table bed side and S&F new top made out of 18/19mm thick pre-laminated particle board with beading plastic strip as per directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) Taking out U/S sides portion of table bed side and S&F of new sides portion of table bed side of 18/19mm thick pre-laminated particle board with beading plastic strip as per directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(c ) Taking out U/S top drawer of table bed side and S&F of new top drawer front side 18/19mm thick pre-laminated particle board including knob / Handle S/S and both side of drawer 12mm thick commercial ply & bottom of drawer 6mm thick commercial ply as per directed by Engr-in-Charge.
