S&F 0.50 mm thick galvalume sheet profile pattern precoated coloured having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof covering, fixed with self driving screws including dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed

S&F 0.50 mm thick galvalume sheet precoated coloured profile ridge ,fixed with self driving screws including dismantling AC sheet ridge/hip for corrugated or semi corrugated sheets from roof and taking down carefuly complete all as specified and directed

S&F structural steel work as in tubular trusses including special shaped washer complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F structural steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for random rubble stone walling, uncoursed well bonded ,bedded and solidly hearted built in CM (1:6) including demolition of brick work or rubbled stone masonry including all qoins, arches, pillars, etc built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping, apex stone, bed plate, kerbs including weathering , slightly rounded or chamferred angles and throating and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick work or stone walls, etc incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 20 mm thick on stone masonry surface or surface other than fair face of brick work in 1:4 and finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork in CM (1:6) finished even& smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down & refixing old 20mm GI tubing and connection in new or old position (wall, floor, wall, etc) complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs PVC float valve assembly including assessories with float valve 20mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Gun-metal, globe or gate valves 20mm bore, with iron wheel head, screwed both end for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement rotational moulded polyethylene three layered wall construction water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted & fixed in position of 500 Ltrs Capacity complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement 1000 ltr capacity of rotational moulded polyethyline water storage tank three layered wall construction (Cylindrical vertical with closed tape) hoisted & fixed in position incl S&F 20mm dia GI Pipe medium grade washout pipe 450mm long with plug & 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade overflow pipe 600 mm long with fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and refixing PVC water storage tank of any capacity including taking down and refixing GI pipe line and fixtures (of any dia or length) complete all as directed by Eng-in-charge.

Taking down of old roof treatment of any description including mud phushka, lime, concrete,tiles , cement plaster, padding upto 30cm depth from roof surfaces etc including cleaning, brushing and watering to joints and grooves and removing the dismantled material (debries completly) from site to a distance exc. 1.5 km and depositing, from the roof complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in padding on roof surfaces for correcting /making proper slope on roof, surface finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement applied over roof slab complete all as specified and directed . Note:-WPC shall be measured & paid seperately under respective item.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for provn of water proofing roof treatment to RCC roof with approved modified membrane of weighing not less than 3 kg/sqm comprising with the following items complete all as specified and directed:-

The surface of roof,parpet and gutters drain mouths etc over which water proofing treatment is to be applied shall be cleaned of all foreign matter such as fungus,mass dust etc by wire brushing and dusting. For cast iron drain outlets a groove shall be cut as specified and directed.

Oil based Bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384-1986 @ 0.3 kgs per sqm to be applied on prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated.

Applying one coat of hot blown grade bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kg/Sqm

Laying of water proofing teratment of weight not less than 3 Kg / sqm APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane composed of 100 micron (+10% ) high density polyethylene sheet ( HMHDPE) as center core, which is standwiched between high quality polymeric bitumen mix having softening , high heat resistance and cold flexible protected on either side with a thin thermo fusible HMHDPE film with side and laps 75 mm and 100 mm as per manufacture instructions

Applying one coat of hot blown grade bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kg/Sqm over the membrane

M&L for applying aluminium paint in two coat @ 100 gm/sqm in each coat on finished membrane surfaces complete all as specified and directed at site .
