Membranes shall be reinforced hollow fibre capable of regular backwashing with and without cleaning chemicals to minimize pore fouling. At least 30lmh flux @ 25deg C shall be considered to arrive at total membrane area required to treat specified waste water quantity. The Membrane manufacturer should offer minimum 2 years full replacement warranty and additional 5 years of pro rate basis . Membrane shall be physically strong enough to withstand the operating conditions associated with continuous operation in an aerated tank of mixed liquor at concentrations up to 12000 mg/l. The membrane module and membrane cassettes shall be by one manufacturer. MBR module immersed type with permeate capacity of 95 M3/ Hr considering 20 Hour of operation per Day. The maximum pore size of the membrane shall be 0.04 micron. The cost of the MBR shall be inclusive of automation required for the working of complete plant. if any instrument is required as per membrane manufacturer, which is integral part fo the MBR optimum performance then the same shall be provided at no extra cost, complete in all respects as per directions of Engineer in charge.

The controller shall be mounted in a control cabinet with an IP 41 enclosure of suitable rating, digital energy meter in the control panel; Modbus for BMS; hot Dipped Galvanised suction and delivery manifolds; isolation ball valves on suction and discharge of each pump; non return valve on discharge side of each pump; flow meter with 4-20mA output; hot dip galvanised common base frame; and diaphragm pressure vessel PN16.

c.A dedicated intelligent Multi-pump logic controller for control and monitoring of pumps shall be from the pump manufacturer with easy interface graphical 320 X 240 Pixels colour display unit with key function.Controller should operate on proportional pressure control mode based on variable flow demand to optimise the system performance. Pilot pump operation should be able to monitored and control from the Multi pump cotroller controller and same should be always operated as a lead pump in the sequence of operation.Pump curve data should be inbuilt with Multi pump controller to optimise the system performance. Pilot pump operation should be able to monitored and control from the Multi pump cotroller controller and same should be always operated as a lead pump in the sequence of operation.Pump curve data should be inbuilt with Multi pump controller to optimise the system performance. All inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance of all Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) after DLP as provided under the main contract including trouble shooting, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance etc. as required as per good engineering practice, recommendation of the manufacturer, instructions of Engineer-in-Charge and as per terms and conditions specified .
