c.A dedicated intelligent Multi-pump logic controller for control and monitoring of pumps shall be from the pump manufacturer with easy interface graphical 320 X 240 Pixels colour display unit with key function.Controller should operate on proportional pressure control mode based on variable flow demand to optimise the system performance. Pilot pump operation should be able to monitored and control from the Multi pump cotroller controller and same should be always operated as a lead pump in the sequence of operation.Pump curve data should be inbuilt with Multi pump controller to optimise the system performance. Controller should able to monitor multiple operating parameters (flow, inlet pressure, outlet pressure, instant flow estimation, cumulative flow and speed etc) to calculate best operating algorithm to pump sequence optimally.Mentioned features should be available, automatic pump alternations for run time equalization, Programmable number of starts/stops per hour to prevent pump hunting, Friction Loss Compensation, Redundant primary sensor for pressure monitoring, soft pressure built-up, log graph display for key paramters, Clock program for multiple set point for scheduled system operation. Annual Operation & Routine Maintenance
Operation anr routine maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant including electrical panels, BMS and associated equipments complete in all respects as per requirements complete in all respect as per condition of contract
1st year of operation during DLP
2nd year of operation during DLP
1st year of operation after 2 Years of DLP.
2nd year of operation after 2 Years of DLP.
3rd year of operation after 2 Years of DLP.
4th year of operation after 2 Years of DLP.
5th year of operation after2 Years of DLP.
All inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance of all Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) after DLP as provided under the main contract including trouble shooting, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance etc. as required as per good engineering practice, recommendation of the manufacturer, instructions of Engineer-in-Charge and as per terms and conditions specified .
