Repair/ Maintenance to LT UG cable, LT Panel, APFC panel etc. and preventive maintenance to external services at NOFRA, NAD and MO Goa under GE Gomantak Vasco

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep in hard/dense soil for foundation, etc. or for laying of pipe line/ cable etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/disintegrated rock, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for laying of pipe line/ cable etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading watering and well raming in layer excedding 25 cm each in any type of soil/rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (Soils/rock) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing old unsv LT panel board with all accessories and Supply, installing, erecting, commissioning and testing new factory made LT panel board cubical out door type of suitable size for housing of all equipments & proper heat dissipation, CPRI approved weather/dust proof, made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated with front openable with suitable cable chamber and front side double shutters with locking arrangement, panel base of angle iron 50x50x6 mm upto 60 cm height for ground level, 433 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire system. All interconnections between the main bus bar as well as outgoing feeders shall be carried out with Aluminium busbar TPN 400 Amp. All control wiring shall be with FRLS PVC insulated 6 sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor and shall be properly bunched. The panel board shall have bottom channel of size 75 x 40 mm and complete mounted or fixed on PCC foundation 0.45 mtr above floor and cable connection with suitable size of copper lugs and suitable size chrome plated glands provided for incoming and out-going cables comprising the following :- INCOMING MCCB a) 320 Amp 4 pole MCCB 36 KA breaking capacity with adjustable thermal magnetic setting with rotary handle Ics= 100% Icu - 01 Nos. OUTGOING MCCB a) 100 Amp 4 pole MCCB 36 KA breaking capacity with adjustable thermal magnetic setting with rotary handle Ics= 100% Icu - 04 Nos. b) CT of suitable ratio 400/5 Amp - Set of 03 Nos c) Space for spare MCCB/MCB Metering: a) Multi function digital meter (VAF & PF) -01 No. b) LED Indicating lamps RYB set of three -01 Sets Note :- (i) The manufacture shall submit a copy of TESTREPORT of CPRI approved. M&L for repairing to LT panel board of different sizes by dismantling damaged and rusted portions, cutting straightening and welding of rusted/ deformed CRCA/ MS sheet, MS angle supports etc., repairing door hinges, locks, gland plates, Panel base frame supports and partitions, grindig and finishing welded joints and preparation of surface by removing all dirt, dust, making necessary and painting complete surface including connected accessories with one coat of anti rust primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour including writing of identification etc. all as directed.
