Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required color to give an even shade on wooden and metalic surfaces and all other surfacesat all places new work (two or more coats) including applying priming coat as directed.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required color to give an even shade on old work (one or more coats)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10sqm)

Earth work in excavation by manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5M in width as well as 10Sqm on plan) including dressing of sides ramming of bottoms lift up to 1.5M including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil within a lead as directed from edge of cutting . All kinds of soil.

Supplying and laying of stone soling hand packed tightly including ramming by hand rammer, watering and carriages complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to all levels. 1:3:6 (1Cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 grade stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) Crushed

15mm thick cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick / concrete wall of mix 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand) including curing complete.

Providing and fixing wood work in frame work / joists of false ceiling, partitions, joists etc. sawn and put up in position.First. Class K.D/Silver wood.

Providing and fixing plain Jaffri of 40x10 mm laths placed 40 mm apart (frames to be paid separately), including fixing 50x12 mm beading complete with. First Class Budloo Wood / K.D Silver wood
