Schedule 'A' Part-XII (Miscellaneous works)

Internal Electrification

Item No 01 : M&L for Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm (nominal area), two single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade ISI-694 marked drawn through in and including heavy duty, PVC concealed conduit of white/ ivory colour including all accessories. heavy duty ISI marked after chasing in wall / ceiling etc, with GI sunken box 1.2 mm thick, 60 mm deep with earth dolly duly, covered with modular wite cover plate with inner frame suitable for modular switches, including PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core FRLSH cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly including cutting, chasses and making good distrubed surface to match with existing finish with plaster complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Item No 02 : Description all as per item No 1 here in before but using 2.5 sqmm (Nominal area) two single core copper conductor cable of multistranded FRLS cable PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade for 5/15 amps switch socket cobmination point including necessary running of 2.5 sq mm copper conductor FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor alog with wiring and connecting to the common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 03 : Sheet metal enclosure for MCB DBs (IP-43) TPN 4 way 415 volts, vertical double door type powder coated with 200 amps rated copper bus bar, neutral link, earth rail & din rail, ISI marked including fixing of MCBs, Isolators, RCOBs, RCCBs, ELCBs, etc, complete Notes: (i) MCBs, Isolators, RCOBs, RCCBs, ELCBs measured & paid for separately under respective items. (ii) MCB DB,MCB,RCCB,RCBO,Isolator shall be of uniform make.

Item No 05 : M&L for Sub main wiring with approved colour coding as per IS with two single core PVC insulated FRLSH cable with stranded copper conductor of size 6 Sq mm nominal area and draing into suitable size of PVC non metallic rigid heavy duty PVC conduit of white/ ivory colour and its accessories ISI marked heavy duty of suitable size including concealed in wall etc one run of PVC insulated with 6.0 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable as earth wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Two runs of conductor cable, one run of earth cable and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one unit.

Item No 13 : S & F for Highbay Luminaire of capacity 55 watts with aluminium die cast housing for efficient thermal heat management and secondary modular lens optics for optimized lighting distribution to improve operational efficiency, with EMC/ EMI complient potted driver, flicker free illumination, high lumen output, 230 volts connector block etc with warranty option of 5 years from date of installation complete with all accessories internally pre wired and including neccessary mounting arrangements from ceiling with chain, provision of new 3 core multistranded copper conductor of size 23/0.193 from ceiling rose to fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Item No 14 : S&F Energy saving new generation environmental friendly long life versatile pressure die cast housing and heat sink in aluminum extrusion IP 66 flood light fitting luminaries with high secondary optics, high power LEDs as light source and electronic driver of capacity 60 watts with pre wired suitable for sports lights and necessary mounting arrangements with warranty option of 5 years from date of installation and provision of new 3 core multistranded copper conductor of 23/0.193 from ceiling rose to fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Item No 15 : S&F ceiling fan, 230 Volts, 1200 mm sweep with service value of the fan greater than 6.1 as per BIS with necessary accessories, suitable down rod 2.0 mtr long including fixing arrangements and electrical connections from ceiling rose to fan terminal complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 16 : S&F energy efficient exhaust fan of 230 mm sweep made of metal body ventil Air - DS type complete with louver with bolts nuts and washers size of the bots 15 cm long 12 mm dia embedded in the wall including provision of PVC flexible copper cable of size 23/0.0076 two core from ceiling rose to exhaust fan for connection and making suitable size of hole to existing brick wall for fan base complete all as specified and directed. (Cost of suitable opening wall for fixing exhaust fan is deemed to be included in overall rate quoted).

Item No 17: Earthing with Galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 x 600 mm & 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal GL) with top of edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr deep below normal GL connected to GI earth lead wire 4 mm dia connected to earth plate eletrode by means of GI nuts, bolts & washers earth wire protected with & including 15 mm dia . medium grade protection pipe for earth lead complete with charcoal and common salt including watering arrangement with galvanized iron pipe light grade 20 mm dia, PCC chamber, CI frame and cover, MS funel with wire mesh all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part-I including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil/strata and testing on completion. NOTE: GI earth wire 4 mm dia and 15 mm dia protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr from earth plate is deemed to be included in rate quoted.

External Water Supply

Item No 19: S & F 15mm bore two way angular stop cock with wall flange cast chromium plated screwed down high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Item No 21 : Supply and fixing self contained drinking water cooler partially stainless steel working with non CFC refrigerent of above 3 star rating suitable for operation 230 Volts 50 cycles AC supply having approx storage and nominal cooling capacity 40/80 Ltrs (approx storage capacity of 80 litre and normal cooling capacity of 40 litre per hour) and including making of PCC platfarm of suitable size as directed for fixing of water cooler complete all as specified and directed. Item No 22: Supply and fix Voltage stablizer for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and disigned for input variation between 170 Volts to 250 Volts with output voltage stabilised at 230 Volts with accecories of + 2.5% and capacity 1 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

External Electric Supply

Item No 24: S&F Cable route indicator / Marker made up of PCC Block 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregrate) of size 900 x 300 x 100 mm thick with DANGER /440 VOLTS, LT CABLE / MES embossing on cable route indicator / Marker including painting as per approved colour and buried in ground 45 Cms including necessary earth work (as required / ordered at site) complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 25: S&F Juction Box for street Lights of size 300 x 250 x 150 mm made out of CRCA sheet 2mm thick totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, rain protected slanted roof top, door pasted with rubber gasket, water tight IP 42 protection single leaf shutter in front having proper locking arrangements, and painted with powder coating paint and suitable size of "connectwell" stud terminal (provision for socket bolting) - 05 Nos suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire internal wiring system including MCB SP 06 amps - 01 No and mounted on security light pole with suitable bracket nuts, bolts complete all as specified and directed.
