SCH 'A' PART-I (B/R PORTION) Excavation of post holes (or similar item) in hard/ dense soil each n.exc 0.50 cum and getting out, returning/ filling in and ramming earth of broken rubble missed with earth around, in layer n.exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil & getting out in n.exc. 1.5 Sqm wide & 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc, or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming, in trenches with excavated soil in layers n.exc.25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil n.exc. 50m & depositing where directed at level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cement concrete, type D 2, 1:4:8 ( 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for cement concrete type B2, 1:2:4 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M& L Brickwork with fly ash bricks modular size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Hardcore of gauge n exc 63 mm of brocken stone or boulders deposited. Spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete type D2 (1:4:8) 40mm graded stone aggregate floor sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick plain cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) 20mm graded stone aggregate floor finishess with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar in 1:6, 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for outdoorCeramic tiles 8-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, Double Dark Shade/ Charged / Ultra Charged area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in C.M 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work with ornamental and intricate design conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts with bitumin washer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 0.63mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surface of steel and iron work of new surfaces and of any description over 10 CM width or girth ,not other wise describe and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exe 30 cm deep and averaging 21 cm deep and getting out in soft and loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Coloured Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L three coats of white wash to newly plastered surface including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in Hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed

Removal of excavated soil exc 100 mtr and upto a total distance of 250 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and planting Carpet grass (Mexican carpet grass) (NASSELLA TENUISSIMA, AXONOPUS) by piece turfing including preparation of ground upto 30 cm deep and supply & filling of soft soil, cow dung and pesticide/fertilizer/manure/ compost etc including watering complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Cost of Loose soft and cow dung pesticide/fertilizer etc will be deemed to be included in unit rate.)

Maintenance and supervision of plants, carpet grass etc as mentioned under item No 3 including supply & spreading of fertilizer, pesticides, insecticides in the desired periodicity, deweeding, watering and replacing dead plant with new plant etc and periodical maintenance from the certified date of completion of Phase-I work complete all as specified and directed. NOTES:- (a) The contractor shall ensure that the contractor is having tractor tanker/small tanks on rickshaw fitted with hose pipe etc, for watering purpose and requisite equipment for spraying the medicine on plants, ploughing the earth for deweeding out unwanted growth/grass etc, in running condition throughout the period. (b) The foliager and other unwarranted items shall be removed from entire site. (c) Trained gardeners shall be depoloyed all the working days of the week except Sundays and national holidays. (d) Cost of Loose soft and cow dung pesticide/fertilizer etc will be deemed to be included in unit rate. (e) Water will not be supplied by MES.

SCH 'A' PART-II (E/M PORTION) Supply and fixing of GI tubing medium grade of 50 mm dia fixed on wall/floor etc complete with necessary clamp, nut, bolts and washers and socket and making good the disturbed surface of wall , floor or roof etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing post top lantern LED type 20 watt 230 watt volts AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP 65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying of XLPE LT UG cable PVC insulated , bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminum conductor of 10 Sq mm 2 core in trenches or fixed on wall/floor/poles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Thermoplastic cable junction box IP 66 protection and fixed on s light poles complete with suitable thermoplastic clamps , GI nut bolts and washers suitable for entry of 10/16 sq mm 2/4 core cable of size 205X155X112 mm out side dimensions complete with necessary terminals with 6A SP MCB, earth termination with nuts & bolts, and including 02 sets of 32x6mm flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and as directed. S & F PVC twin core cable with aluminium conducter 2.5 sq mm for post top light connection with lugs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying of bricks locally available sub class 'B' bricks (old size) for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable prependicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for local sand coushioning with dry and clean over and under the cable for protection of cable , 80 mm sand laid before laying the cable 150 mm sand after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete in foundation/coping of poles type B1 1:2:4 ( 20 mm graded aggregate) including taking down old PCC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 25×4mm dia by means of nuts/bolts and washers, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel including 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade upto 1.5 mtr below ground level for protection pipe ,excavation and earth work charcole dust, common salt PCC 1:3:6 type C-I using 20 mm stone aggregate for chamber and MS angle iron frame 40x40x3mm and RCC cover 40 mm thick (1:2:4) type BI using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75 mm c/c both ways with MS handle 12 mm dia, round ,PGI funnel and wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering all as shown in Plate no 3 of SSR Part I of 2009 and connected to earth test point incl testing complete all as specified and directed . S&F double door DB SPN 4 way 240 V with 200 amps rated bus bar complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for sub main wiring complete with 2 single core multi stranded copper conductor 2.5 sqmm (Nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed cable drawn in and including medium grade PVC conduit ISI Marked not less than 25 mm dia concealed, including making good distrubed surface, of wall, including single core multi stranded copper conductor 2.5 sqmm size as earth wire drawn in same conduit complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing 240V, 10 KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and current carrying capacity 6 to 32 AMP, in the MCB DB Complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single pole & Neutral and 32 Amp current carrying capacity in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for point wiring complete with multi-stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm size PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 Volt grade, conforming IS 694 & colour code in conduit system of wiring, drawn in including medium grade PVC conduit not less than 20 mm dia concealed, including cutting chases and making good disturbed surface complete, including single core solid conductor copper 1.5 sqmm size solid PVC insulated unsheathed cable as earth wire to common earth and connected to earth dolly drawn in same conduit complete all as specified.
