M & L for making good popout/repair in concrete slabs (Exposed rigid pavement) by cutting spilled joints sides perpendicular and parallel to edge by mechnical tools like diamond cutter,cleaning with compressed air under pressure and filling with Elastomeric concrete after application of specified primer all as per manufacturers insturction and specification copmlete and removal of rubbish to a distance exc 250M but n.exc 500m complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for making good edge/repair in concrete slabs (Exposed rigid pavement) by cutting to 40mm deep and cutting spilled joints sides perpendicular and parallel to edge by mechnical tools like diamond cutter,cleaning with compressed air under pressure and filling with Elastomeric concrete after application of specified primer all as per manufacturers insturction and specification copmlete and removal of rubbish to a distance exc 250M but n.exc 500m complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for racking out of joint/removing old any sealing compound,dirt form construction joint 10mm wide (+3mm) and 40mm deep,cleaning the joint sides properly by mechanical means with diamond cutter ,filling the joints with closed cell ,medium density ,cross linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 12mm dia and applying bond breaker tape on top of backup rod for complete width of the joints,priming top with specified primer suitable for polysulfied based sealeant ,10mm thick including using masking tape on edges joints to avoid accidental spillage of esaleant on top surface of pavements complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for racking out of joint/removing old any sealing compound,dirt form EXPANSION JOINTS 25mm wide (+3mm) and 40mm deep,cleaning the joint sides properly by mechanical means with diamond cutter ,filling the joints with closed cell ,medium density ,cross linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 32mm dia and applying bond breaker tape on top of backup rod for complete width of the joints,priming top with specified primer suitable for polysulfied based sealeant ,10mm thick including using masking tape on edges joints to avoid accidental spillage of esaleant on top surface of pavements complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for racking out of joint/removing old any sealing compound,dirt form dummy/contraction joints 6mm wide (+3mm) and 40mm deep,cleaning the joint sides properly by mechanical means with diamond cutter ,filling the joints with closed cell ,medium density ,cross linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 8mm dia and applying bond breaker tape on top of backup rod for complete width of the joints,priming top with specified primer suitable for polysulfied based sealeant ,10mm thick including using masking tape on edges joints to avoid accidental spillage of esaleant on top surface of pavements complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for making good crack/repair in concrete slabs (Exposed rigid pavement) by cutting to 40mm deep and cutting spilled joints sides perpendicular and parallel to edge by mechnical tools like diamond cutter,cleaning with compressed air under pressure and filling with Elastomeric concrete after application of specified primer all as per manufacturers insturction and specification copmlete and removal of rubbish to a distance exc 250M and n.exc 500m complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of Plain cenent concrete (PCC) including PQC of any description and in any other position not otherwise specoally provided for using pneumatic tools, removal of rubbish to a distance exc 250M and n.exc 500m complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 400mm thick Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) work in Pavement/Dispersal /Taxi link of minimum flextural strength 45 Kgs/Sqcm after 28 days of pavement slab using minimum 400 kgs Ordianary Portland Cement grade 43 per cum with not exc 31.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate confirming to IS:383 and mimed with non circular synthetic fiber reinforcement @ 0.25% of cement as per manufacturers insturctions ,spread,compacting using vibrator,finishing the surface by belting and brooming without using extra cement etc including necessary formwork etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for making good of joint by cutting concrete slab rectangular grooves of cross section of 10mm wide and 30mm deep and cutting spilled joint,sides peripendicular and paralleled to edges by mechnical tools like diamond cutter ,cleaning with compressed air under pressure and filling with Elastomeric concrete after application of specified primer and removal of rubbish to a distance exc 250M and n.exc 500M and depositing complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for semi perforated PVC pressure pipe of 6 Kgf/Sqcm,150mm dia,top 2/3 portion perforated and bottom 1/3 non-perforated including fittings like sockets,couplings,tees etc,laid in trences for repair of GEO Drain complete all as specified and directed.
