Drip Irrigation Facilities and Garden Protection Works in Port-run Schools under IGBC Green School Initiative

Earthwork excavation in trenches for foundation in sand and other loose soils not exceeding 1.50m in width and including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom lift upto 1.50m including getting out of the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m and lift of 1.50m, cost including shuttering, strutting, bailing out seepage of water wherever necessary etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One part of cement, 2 parts of Coarse M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand) & 4 Parts of 40 mm nominal size metal ) for foundation using 40 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling Barbed wire or Flexible wire rope in fencing including making rolls and stacking them within a lead of 100m including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying in trenches 110 mm dia. PVC inflow pipe line 6 Kg./CM2 with necessary pipe specials such as elbow, tee, union joint etc., and the joints being tightened including threading cost of pipe, specials etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and installation 16mm dia lateral netafim with necessary pipe specials such as Tap Dripper, Start Nipple, Rubber Grommate, Lateral End, Nipple Jointer, Flush Valve, Control Valve, Solvent Cement etc., and the joints being tightened including cost of materials, Conveyance, installations with required specials, labour charges, tools & plants etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating and fixing in position Pre-cast Fencing post with Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One part of cement, One and a half parts of Coarse sand & Three Parts of graded stone aggregate (i.e.) 2 parts of 20mm nominal size graded metal & 1 part of 10mm nominal size graded metal) using 20 mm nominal size graded metal) of size 2.45m x 0.15m x 0.10m at 3m c/c spacing wherever required in the Port area including cost of all materials, labour, shuttering, reinforcement steel, mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing with neat cement punning, curing, conveyance & fixing in position etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the deparmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of Plastic coated Chain linked wire fencing (10 gauge) of size 50 x50 mm to a required height, straining bolts to concrete or steel standard rails including securing with galvanised iron tying wire etc., including all labour, materials, tools, equipments etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of best Indian make heavy duty Gun Metal Gate Valve at 65mm dia. Of approved quality including all materials, labour etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying & Fixing of Retro Reflective sign board at various size made out it by micro prismatic grade sheeting confirming to IRC 67:2010 & Type XI standards of ASTM D 4956-09 specifications and fixed over 2mm thick aluminium sheet back support frame of stainless steel supported by 32NB stainless pipe all around and 32NB pipe vertical post firmly fixed to a required depth fixed above the brickwork/ground level with M15 grade of cement concrete etc.., The information messages shall be made out of cut out letters in English language in department approved colour transparent with white Reflective sticker as per IRC 67- 2010 Guidelines. The cost inclusive of sign board Retro- Reflective, all materials, labour charges, etc., complete and as directed by theEngineer in-Charge.

Supplying, fabrication and fixing of GI Pipe Gate of Size 4m x 1.80m (Two leaf) using 65mm dia. GI Pipe "B" Class outer alround, Vertical 40mm dia. GI Pipe with 5 inch centre to centre spacing and 5mm tk. MS Plate of size 0.90m x 0.90m both sides - 4 Nos. for fixing Port Emblem with Vinyl Sticker. The cost including all materials, labour charges, fabrication charges, Clamp & Locking arrangements including one coat primer and two coats of Synthetic enamel paint, conveyance and fixing charges etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officer.
