Surface excavation n.exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as spefified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surface with 8 to 12 ton power roller complete all as spefified and directed.

M&L for 200 mm thick Soling with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and considered to required gradient and camber complete all as spefified and directed.

M&L for 150 cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM,in two layer with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required using granite,trap or basalt stone complete all as spefified and directed.

M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with mechanical brooms and remove all loose dust etc. with air compressor having black top surfaces and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5Kg per 10 Sqm on bituminous surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No.5 here-in-above but unsurfaced WBM and applying tack coat @ of 10kg/ 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for design mix bituminous semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix of paving bitumen VG-30, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient, mixing shall be carried out in mechanical hot mix plant and laying, spreading and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power vibromax road roller to required level, gradient, camber and super elevation complete all as specified and directed. Removing excavated material n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting lines,dashes, arrows letters etc on roads pavement by applying thermoplastic paint confirming to IS: 164-1981 (First revision Reaffirmed in 1986) (5 Kg/Sqm) with glass beads potters (250 gms) 2 mm to 2.5 mm thick and 10 cm/15 cm wide strips on bituminous road surface and road marking (by Hot Mechanical process with Road Marking Machine) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for continuous brick edging; with width equal to the width of the brick of whole sub class 'B' bricks laid dry on end vertically including embedding bricks in ground to depth indicated & tempering ground around brick & removal surplus spoil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cat Eye ABS plastic of size 120x120mm , 43 mm reflective glass colour White/Red/Yellow provided with steel zinc plated with bolt of 12mm dia, length 120mm for fixing to road by hammering complete all as specified and directed. Make : Road Star/Sinor/STC/3M/Suneyez/Darkeye

M&L for hardcore of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and well rammed to a true surface of broken stones or boulders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 100mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block glossy finish, any shape & size with grey cement & pigment confirming to IS 15658 (2006) of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade, complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Kansal/Coral/Ultra/ Hindustan Notes:- (a) The make, colour shade, size & pattern of paver blocks shall be as approved by GE in writing before procurement. (b) Blocks shall be laid from one end keeping gap of 1 to 2 mm between blocks and the gap shall be filled with approved sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of speed bump made from heavy duty ABS with high resistance wear & tear property. UV stabilized Black & Yellow combnation, high reflective reflectors having L = 70mm W= 23 mm availabe on both sides in red or yellow colour. Speed bump duly filled with concrete mixer for better stability. Bumps should be fixed on road with dual method i.e. applying thick coat of epoxy chemical on road as well as bumps also.
