MTPS I Civil Circle - Repair works to the TMTM union office building in temporary shed in front of main gate at MTPS I

Chipping the existing floor surface of temporary shed and disposing the debris away from the site as directed by the department Engineer in-charge including cost of all labour charges, transportation, lead, lift, etc, complete.

Plastering in CM 1:5, 12mm thick for wall surfaces neatly as directed by the Engineer in-charge at site includng cost of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, etc, complete.

Providing floor finish with vitrified ceramic anti-skid tiles of approved make, colour and quality and required size and the thickness shall not be less than 6mm over 10mm thick CM1:3 bedding and pointing with same coloured cement in all floors for toilet including cutting chase in walls wherever required, finishing neat, including cost of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of Gip board false ceiling 12mm thick including all auxiliary works, providing lighting openings if necessary etc., inclusive transport charges, lead, lift, etc., complete.as directed by the Engineer at site.

Painting the old iron work with two coats of enamel paint of approved quality and colour for doors & windows as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of all materials, labour charges, safety appliances, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Colour washing two coats of OBD over one coat of primer using white cement for inner surfaces of walls including cost of materials, labour charges, cleaning the surfaces, scaffolding charges, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the department engineer at site.

Replacing the existing damaged glasses in the windows with new 4 mm thick plain glass of approved quality as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of glass, glass putty, all labour charges for lifting and fixing in position of Glass panels, disposing the Broken glasses to the nearest Dustbin, all leads, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position white glazed European water closet of best quality and approved make with 100mm "P" or "S" trap with double flapped riigd PVC seat cover with CP brass hinges, etc., as directed by the Engineer at site including all lead, lift etc., complete.,

Supplying, laying and jointing of 110mm dia PVC pipes of approved quality and best verity conforming to ISS and with ISI mark including cutting and fixing PVC specials including cost of all materials, labour charges, safety appliances, lead, lift, etc., complete. as directed by the Engineer at site
