Demolition of brick work/stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work or precast concrete article complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks strait or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness (except ceramic tiles) in floors, aprons etc laid bedded & pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (Below or above ground level) un-reinforced complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for Screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15 mm thick for laying floors finishes in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for pre polished Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmX30cmX25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified & directed.

Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & laying over any surface only hard core (broken stone/ boulders), broken to gauge not exceeding 63mm complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Hardcore of broken stone boulder of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 100 MM thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 MM thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 15 mm rendering in CM 1:4 on on other than fair faces of brickwork or concrete surafaces complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surface and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (But not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300 x 250 x 7/450x350x7mm thicke, set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed with coloured cement to match over 10 mm rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bedin CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair water closet squatting pan 'Orissa Pattern'of size 580 x 440mm white with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) with P' or 'S' trap complete incl. jointing and provision of cement concrete bedding complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC valveless,symphonic action type,flushing cistern, low level white with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets of 10 ltrs complete all as specified & directed.

S/F PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450 mm.

S&F in repair stop valve, 15mm bore dia fancy type, chromium plated with long shank and cup (concealed type)

S&F bib taps, fixed in repair cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, fancy type chromium plated screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixing 15mm bore dia complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified & directed.

S/F MS steel post struts fencing post including cutting top to shape,drilling holes notching for wire etc including all necessary drilling bolting andd similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with MS steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standrad , rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type

S&F framed work such as grills, grating, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks; framed and as gates including pintle hinges, stop hand made sliding bolt etc. and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on newly untreated surfaces of steel over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described complete all as specified & directed.

M &L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of black bituminious paint exceeding 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on old steel surfaces of steel over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on newly untreated surfaces of steel not exceeding 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair galvanized two stranded steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia berb at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staple or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified & directed.

Fixing only, galvanized two stranded steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia berb at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staple or steel pins etc complete all as specified & directed.

Excavating over areas, not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out soft/ loose soil.

M/L for P.C.C. 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggr as in Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil, back side of the wall also complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated materials n exc 50M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, bed plates, surface channels of drains including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete kerb stone (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified & directed.

S&F GI steel waterTubing of bore 100mm, medium grade.
