Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of walls, surfaces finished even and fair, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing new surface of plastered and applying two coats of Cement base paint (in camouflage pattern in minimum three colours/shade as directed by EIC) over a coat of chalk whiting on plastered surfaces of walls, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of sewage line manhole to manhole by rodding and well flushing with water and removing muddy soil/sludge outside Air Force Darbhanga campus wherever permitted by Civil Authorities, all as specified and directed for 100/150 mm dia sewage line, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of liquid sludge from septic tank / soak well through mechanical means and dispose off outside Air Force Darbhanga Campus wherever permitted by Civil Authorities, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc., from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipe etc., capacity exceeding 500 ltrs but not exceeding 1000 ltrs using good quality detergent, bleaching powder and water, complete all as specified and directed and writing the words "TANK CLEANED/ CHANGED ON (Date)" with synthetic enamel paint.

All as per item No 13 above here-in-before but capacity exceeding 1000 Litres and not exceeding 2000 ltrs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

De-silting of drain by cleaning of settled deposited soil/earth silt/mud etc n exc 15cm deep from the bed of drains including cleaning of shrubs, vegetation, grass etc what so ever therein, including getting out and removing excavated material and depositing same to a distance n exc 50m, complete all as specified and directed.
