Construction of School of Infrastructure Vertical Extension (One Floor): (Tentative Plinth Area: 1046.72 Sq.m) Construction of RCC framed Structure of one additional floor over the existing second floor of the School of Infrastructure Building and Construction of one (01) MS fire escape staircase from foundation level to mumty level,including dismantling/demolition of existing structures/services;all related services as per section 2A of (scope of work ) of Tender Document including internal & external water supply, Sanitary installations, Internal E&M installation, Civil & Electrical External Services Connection, Sewerage system, relocation of extisting services all types of services, draingage system, roof top to surface rain water harvesting systme including terrace, internal partion, by incorporating stipulated specifications and drawings and integrating all internal & external services pertaining to Civil & E&M, internal partitional works, etc complete all incidental work, including external development works & making the facilities functional all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The work shall be completed as per sope of work, as per drawings, specifications, conditions and other details stipulated in NIT/Tender Documents and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. All E&M supply, installation, Testing & Commissioning including Internal & External Electrifications work, HVAC system and Fire fighting as per NBC norms, as per drawings,incorporating stipulated specification and integrated all services with external & internal works complete in all respect and making the facilities functional all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The work shall be completed as per sope of work, as per drawings, specifications, conditions and other details stipulated in NIT/Tender Documents and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Obtaining and submission of all necessary statutory approvals on completion of work from all local authorities in, obtaining fire clearance, obtaining occupancy certificate / completion certificate from all concerned local bodies or any authorities, consent to operate (CTO), water connection, electric connection, fulfilment of GRIHA 3 STAR rating norms etc including preparation & submission of ‘All built drawings’ as per scope of work, condition and other details provided in NIT/Tender document and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The work shall be executed complete as per scope of work, drawings, specifications, conditions and other details stipulated in NIT/Tender document and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Defect liability period of 18 months included in the proposed building works as stipulated in the NIT/ Tender document and rates to be quoted accordingly.

Construction of School of Infrastructure Horizontal Extension : (Tentative Plinth Area: 482.55 Sq.m) Construction of RCC framed Structure building of "Single Storeys" including all related services as per section 2A of (scope of work ) of Tender Document including, supply of good earth required for filling to achieve desire level for any lead & lift, demolition of existing structure if any, all finishing (Internal & External Plaster), painting, door-window-ventilators including their fittings and fixtures, external, internal & external water supply, Sanitary installations, Civil & Electrical External Services Connection, Sewerage system, draingage system, roof top to surface rain water harvesting system including terrace, by incorporating stipulated specifications and drawings and integrating all internal & external services pertaining to Civil & E&M, etc complete all incidental work, including external development works & making the facilities functional all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The work shall be completed as per sope of work, as per drawings, specifications, conditions and other details stipulated in NIT/Tender Documents and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. External Development of School of Infrastructure Horizontal Extension: (Tentative Area: 643.10 Sq.m) Construction of external development works around the School of Infrastructure Horizontal Extension building, including a 6.0 m wide carriageway and allied development works, complete in all respects, in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and Section 2A of the Tender Document, comprising jungle and site clearance, levelling and grading with cutting and filling of earth, dismantling/demolition of existing structures if any, supply of approved earth to achieve required formation and road levels, spreading in layers, watering, compaction and finishing, integration of internal and external services, construction of the 6.0 m wide carriagway and paver block works as per drawings, construction of pavement layers including WMM, DBM, SDBC and seal coat, provision of road markings, painting and signages, construction of surface drains including kerb stones, edging, joints and surface finishing, providing and laying RCC pipes for service and road crossings, providing and laying stone pitching along roads, pavements and embankments including preparation and dressing of slopes, execution of external lighting and electrical works as per drawings, shifting, diversion and reinstatement of existing utilities, construction of new civil and E&M services wherever required, and all incidental works necessary to complete the project and make the facilities fully functional, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Construction of Two (02) Guard Rooms and One (01) Surveillance Room with Common Facilities (Single Storey) of Main Gate,: (Tentative Plinth Area: 141.09 Sq.m) The work shall comprise the construction of two (02) Guard Rooms and one (01) Surveillance Room with common facilities (common toilet, common corridor, etc.) as part of the renovation of the Main Gate, including all related services as per section 2A of (scope of work ) of Tender Document including site clearing, dismantling, demolition, hacking and removal of existing works restricted only to the existing Guard Room area and main gate column, including dismantling and shifting/relocation of the existing MS gate with centre column as shown in the drawings; removal of existing services and their reinstatement after completion; dismantling of existing foundations, masonry, cement concrete (CC) and reinforced cement concrete (RCC) elements falling within the proposed layout; removal of projections, finishes and obstructions interfering with the proposed works; hacking, chiselling and roughening of existing plaster, CC, RCC and brickwork surfaces; and cleaning, washing and preparation/strengthening of substrates to ensure proper jointing and bonding for new ornamental Khandolite stone works required for renovation of the Main Gate. internal & external water supply, Sanitary installations, Civil & Electrical External Services Connection, Sewerage system, draingage systmem, roof top to surface rain water harvesting system including terrace, by incorporating stipulated specifications and drawings and integrating all internal & external services pertaining to Civil & E&M, etc complete all incidental work, including external development works, all services including water supply, sewerage, drainage and allied services shall be fully integrated and connected to the existing campus utility systems, complete with all necessary tapping points, extensions, chambers, , as required & making the facilities functional all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The work shall be completed as per sope of work, as per drawings, specifications, conditions and other details stipulated in NIT/Tender Documents and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. All E&M supply, installation, Testing & Commissioning including Internal & External Electrifications work and signages, Fire Alarm System & PA, IP based EPBAX, IP Based CCTV security surveillance system, Wi-fi, LAN, DATA, Audio- Visual System, UPS, Split AC, LT cables, LT Panel etc. with street light poles with LED circular ring-type street lights. outdoor digital LED display board of size 4.8 m × 3.0 m, to be installed near the gate location, mounted on a cyclone-resistant steel structure, including foundation, supports, cabling, control systems, and all associated works complete in all respects. external lighting and architectural lighting systems for aesthetic enhancement, including decorative multi-colour LED illumination systems with LED linear wall washer lights, facad lights, splitters, signal boosters, drivers, controllers etc, and related accessories.Programming, addressing, testing, and synchronization of all decorative and architectural lighting systems, including gate fixtures, complete in all respects. etc. Integration of all newly installed systems with the existing electrical, data, and fiber-optic infrastructure, wherever required, including necessary modifications, interfacing, and synchronization to ensure seamless operation. ,as per NBC norms including external development works & making the facilities functional all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The work shall be completed as per sope of work, drawings, specifications, conditions and other details stipulated in NIT/Tender Documents and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Renovation of Main Gate including Guard Rooms with Ornamental Khandolite Stone Carving Works (As per drawings) Providing, fixing, executing and completing the entire work comprising foundations; cement concrete and reinforced cement concrete works; dismantling/demolition of existing foundation if any, including all related services as per section 2A of (scope of work ) of Tender Document including removal of projections, finishes and obstructions interfering with the proposed works; hacking, chiselling and roughening of existing plaster, CC, RCC and brickwork surfaces; cleaning, washing and preparation/strengthening of substrates to ensure proper jointing and bonding for new ornamental Khandolite stone works required for renovation of the Main Gate; removal of existing services and their reinstatement; including ornamental Khandolite stone works and stainless-steel signage for the Main Gate, Guard Rooms and associated architectural elements, as a complete job, strictly in accordance with the as per drawings, specification,making the facilities functional all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The work shall be completed as per scope of work, drawings, specifications, conditions and other details stipulated in NIT/Tender Documents and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Main Gate Landscaping and Area Development (Tentative area 467.56 sqm) Landscaping and area development at Main gate includes all related services as per section 2A of (scope of work ) of Tender Document including jungle clearance uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brushwood, felling of trees and saplings of any girth, removal of debris and rubbish outside the cleared area, followed by site levelling with all necessary earth cutting and filling, preparation of longitudinal and cross-sections, maintaining formation levels with supply of suitable earth as per site conditions from any lead and lift from approved source, carriage and disposal of surplus or unserviceable earth within or outside the campus including all lifts and leads, cutting/filling of earth for development of Main gate Area involving preparation of bed, sand bedding and interlocked paver blocks, kerb stone, Grass, planter, horticulture work, kerb stone SS-304 grade stainless steel signage board complete in all respects as per the Scope of Work,Drawings, Specifications, , and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The work shall be executed complete as per scope of work, drawings, specifications, conditions and other details stipulated in NIT/Tender document and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
