Obtaining and submission of all necessary statutory approvals on completion of work from all local authorities in, obtaining fire clearance, obtaining occupancy certificate / completion certificate from all concerned local bodies or any authorities, consent to operate (CTO), water connection, electric connection, fulfilment of GRIHA 3 STAR rating norms etc including preparation & submission of ‘All built drawings’ as per scope of work, condition and other details provided in NIT/Tender document and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
