Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) area not exceeding 1.5 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) area exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 2nd class hardwood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix 35 mm thick 2nd class H/W Factory made Plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 35mm thick, 2nd class hard wood, glazed and skeleton door shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass or gauge etc divided into square with framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass or gauges etc sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I Section 8 clause 8.24 (b) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness(below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 (type C-2) using 20mm graded stone aggregate finishing the surface even and fair as in plinth protection and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel flat iron hold fast 25 x 6mm confirming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 (type B-0) using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in anchoring hold fast, bed plate and benching for manholes etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortar for inserting hold fasts depth of embedded portion of hold fast exc half brick but n.exc one brick and making good the dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 150mm long aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section, and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 125mm long butt hinges, extruded aluminium alloy with galvanized mild steel hinge pin anodized and fixed, type B-21 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 150mm size extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of pink primer including preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick plaster on concrete surfaces of ceiling with cement mortar 1:3, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying three coats of white wash on new plastered surfaces of ceiling including preparation pf surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of weather proof acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of weather proof acrylic emulsion exterior primer including preparation of new surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of weather proof acrylic emulsion exterior paint over a coat of weather proof acrylic emulsion exterior primer including complete removal of existing treatment old wall surfaces or preparation of new plastered /concrete surfaces of walls, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubing 15mm bore and connections complete all as specified and as directed.

All as in item No. 27 above, but 20mm bore pipe.

Supplying & laying CPVC water tubing outer dia 20mm, SDR-11 grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

All as in item No. 29 above, but 25mm bore pipe.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix aluminium window/ventilator shutter including frame, any type (sliding or openable) with frame and othere similar work etc. fabricated by sing the JINDAL/ HINDALCO/ CENTURY section including necessary arrangement to reveive 4mm thick sheet glass or wire mesh with aluminium channel beading & stainless steel screws including the cost of rubber gasket/rubber beading etc complete including maruti lock, roller, F frame. but weight of the rubber gasket /beading will not be measured with weight of aluminium shutter. Note :- Sheet glass and wire mesh shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for plain glass 4 mm thick,ordinary quality and glazing exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix Aluminium alloy wire cloth 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature of 1.40mm and fixed stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for making good jambs, forming jambs etc to openings for door and window opening including cutting, toothing and properly bonding into old work, also facing, jointing and pointing to match existing work complete in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceble tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for non - skid Ceramic colour tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 37 above but as in vertical surfaces

Supply and Fix Non - skid Ceramic colour tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix glazed ceramic tiles 300x200x7mm thick coloured on vertical surfaces such as dado skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1 : 6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick CM 1:4 on fair faces of stone masonry wall surfaces finished even and fair to receive glazed tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down PVC (SWR) pipes 75/110mm bore from walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix UPVC (SWR) 75 mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No 44 above but for 110mm bore

Supply and Fix UPVC (SWR) bends 75 mm bore any radius dismantling pieces or tapers complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 46 above but for 110mm bore

Supply and Fix UPVC (SWR) branch piece (single Y) equal or unequal with access door, for 75 mm bore pipes complete all as specified and as directed.
