Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old u/s steel plates of any thickness, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fire resistant (4 hours fire rated) 12mm thick calcium silicate board three layer fixed in ceiling and GI sections 0.55mm thick in ceiling portion of grid 610 x 610mm complete all as per manufacturers instructions of approved colour, type complete including false ceiling system consisting of powder coated exposed GI grip suspension system and shall be supported by 4mm dia GI rods from ceiling and fixed complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Certificate from manufacturer shall be submitted for fire rating before execution of work.

M&L for 12mm thickness wall panelling of Fire Proof board ( 4 hours fire rated) of Hilux - Calcium silicate board three layer all as directed incl GI sections of size 50mm x 0.55mm thick or as per manufacturer instructions including all necessary fitting fixtures to fix panelling on wall annexures , including channels required to fix boards over walls horizontally & vertically inclusive of screws etc,. & necessary corner channels required at door / window openings, corners etc. All joints of boards will be filled with jointing compound and fiber tape all as per instructions of manufacturer. After fixing of boards, surface of boards will be prepared by fine sand paper & apply one coat of oil based cement primer over the boards as directed, all as per manufacturer instructions all complete as directed. Note : Certificate from manufacturer shall be submitted for fire rating before execution of work.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick CM 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surface and finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick CM 1:6 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surface and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement plaster, 20mm thick in two coats (15 mm thick in CM 1:4 +5 mm thick in CM 1:4) ) with using integral waterproofing compound (in second coat) finished even & smooth without using extra cement ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Integral liquid water proofing compound to be used in per bag of cement shall be as per manufacturers instructions and paid separately under respective items.

M&L Granite slab work 18 to 20mm thick in floors steps, platforms, shelves etc and fixed over cuddappa stone by using aerolite adhesive complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 2nd class HW Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, supplied and fixed

M&L for 18mm thick Block boards, grade 2 quality, interior grade, decorative type with decorative face veneer on one face, fixed with screws to timber frame or to hinges, complete all as specified.

Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete
