Improvement of Bombay Chowk towards Panchapada Road from 0-000 km to 5-600 km in the district of Jharsuguda under State Plan

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness. as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Clause - 201 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Providing compacted granular materials in shoulder / diversion road by using moorum having required P.I. value with sand admixture if required, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Clause - 407 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royality & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, machinery, T&P etc complete..

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Clause -406 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royality & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, machinery, T&P etc complete.

Providing Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared granular surface, spreading @ 0.60kg / sqm using mechanical means including cost, conveyance of of bitumen emulsion & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per Technical Specifications and Clause -501 & 502 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Providing Tack coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared bituminous surface, spreading @ 0.20kg / sqm using mechanical means including cost, conveyance of bitumen emulsion & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per Technical Specifications and Clause -501 & 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Providing 50mm compacted thick Bituminous Macadam of grading -2 using crushed stone Gr.-2 materials & 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen preparing preemixed materials with bituminous binder with hot mix plant, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per clauses 501 and 504 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royality & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, machinery, T&P etc complete.

Providing & laying 25 mm thick Semi Dence Bituminous Concrete of grading -2 using crushed stone Gr.-2 materials & 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen preparing preemixed materials with bituminous binder with hot mix plant, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per clauses 501 and 508 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royality & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, machinery, T&P etc complete.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing and as per Clause 602 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing & fixing RCC M-15 RCC Ordinary Km. stone of standard design as per IRC8-1980 along with reinforcement complete as per drawing as per Clause 804,806 & Section no.1000, 1500, 1600, 1700, 2300 of Specification for Road & Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (LatestRevision) & including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalty etc complete in all respect complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
