GST Registration Certificates issued by the concerned authorities is to be uploaded in original

PAN Card of the Firm or Bidder

GGST payment receipt along with GST filing acknowledgement GSTR-3B for respective months as per Annexure N for Three Years or in the valid format of the Commercial Tax Department for Three Years issued by the concerned authorities is to be uploaded (i.e.2022-23, 2023-24& 2024-25).

Documentary evidence established in accordance for Service Center in Karnataka with maintenance staff and other details to be uploaded and issued by the manufacturer only

Affidavit has to be submitted by the bidder

Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)

EMD Those who have been exempted must upload a valid NSIC Certificate with valid item name and model quoted mentioned in the NSIC Certificate

BiAdders should have Average Annual Turnover statement as mentioned in Section I - IFT in the three financial years i.e. (i.e. 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25) certified by Auditor/Chartered Accountant as per Annexure O is to be uploaded. (IT returns will not be considered).

Copies of Profit and Loss Account for three financial years i.e. (i.e. 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25) duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/ Auditor, is to be uploaded.
