Operation, Maintenance & Guarding round the clock of Clear water pumping Machineries including Control Panel cum power distribution board 02 Nos. Electromagnetic flow meter, 1 No. water level indicator, opening and closing of actuator operated butterfly valves including controlling of internal and external illumination as and when required complete with operation and guarding of 2 Nos. sludge pump, Gear Operated valves, submersible mixers for removal of sludge generated by filtration process by engaging personnel having sufficient experience in operation of pumping machineries including sweeping & Scavenging of the Pump House complex on daily-basis for maintaining highest level of cleanliness and sanitation

GASEOUS CHLORINATION AT WTP:- Operation & guarding of gaseous chlorination system at WTP including operation of 4 nos 0-1.5 kg/hr vvaccum chlorinator, Booster pump, Controll panel for Chlorination system Resedual Chlorine analyser and detector for chlorine gas, handling of chlorine tonners, UPS system, Blower, Neutrilization system and internal illumination as per direction of E.I.C.

Operation & Maintenance of electrical sub station 11/0.43KV, 2 x 500 KVA Transformer with on load tap changer, 630 amps VCB, including all allied electrical accessories, checking and fault finding of all interconnected power cable laid from WTP to Intake pumping station and among different work houses like sub station, high lift P/H, filter house, chemical house, internal distribution wiring with entire illumination arrangement inside and outside of all building by engaging experienced Electrician round the clock, upkeepment of entire installation, cleaning ensuring safety and including supplying sundry materials as per direction of E.I.C.

Periodical maintenance by Cleaning of contacts by CRC 226 spray in the existing HT & LT panel board, PDBs, cleaning of all Terminal Sockets, Coils, greasing of pump & motor bearing, filling up lubricating oil, change of gland packing etc at the site once in a month along with minor repairing (if required) of the electro mechanical equipments by supplying necessary sundry materials/electro mechanical accessories as required in presence of Electrical Supervisor/ Electrician and to be recorded in the Log Book with date.

Periodial inspection thrice in a month and as & when required by Electrical Supervisor having valid Supervisors' certificate of competency from Directorate of Electricity Licensing Board), Govt. of West Bengal or under any other State Govt. of India along with Pump Technician/Supervisor. Each visit should be recorded in the Log Book (with date and time) to be supplied by the Agency and kept in the Pump House & Sub-station Building. The Supervisor requires to have through/in-depth inspection of all the electrical appliances to ascertain the healthy/ fault free operational condition of each equipment i.e. pumps, Motors,valves with Actuators, flow / level/ pressure instruments, gauges, lightings, waisting arrangements, exhaust fans, HT & LT Panel Boards, Cables, capacitors, Transformer, Battery and Battery charger along with in-house lighting system.

Calibration of all meters viz. Ammeter, Voltmeter, Kilowatt meter etc. and testing of all relays, LT & HT breakers, earthing arrangement system including testing of transformer & AVR oil by any agency approved by Directorate of Electricity/WBSEDCL/Any Power Generating unit, twice in a year (preferably in the month of December and June) and submission of the test report in duplicate to Department in each case as required and as per direction of EIC.
