"Servicing and Overhauling of CTR make, EO16 Type OLTC (On Load Tap Changer) by company technician/authorized experienced person as detail below: a) Check proper transformer OLTC isolation, b) Visual check for DM box function and condition : i) check all electrical connections , heater , thermostat & switch , Contactor operation, motor and gear operation smooth, motor protective relay operation Auxiliary transformer output voltage , Limit switch operation , Check energy accumulator spring function, check DB box door gasket, Check oil seal condition, Check OLTC conservator oil level. c) Selector switch condition checking: i) Check carbon deposition in selector switch chamber and clean the selector switch chamber, check for erosion of fixed and moving contacts ,check tightness of OLTC contacts and phase board assembly, Check tightness of copper tubes, taper pins and bushing board assembly, check tightness of epoxy Arm, assembly ( Main Moving and Resitance Moving contacts), Cleaning of selector switch contacts ,removing all carbon deposits with clean cloth ,check BDV value," d) Operational Checking: i) Raise/ lower operational checking manual, Raise/ Lower operation electrical , checking through local control, Raise /Lower operation electrical checking through remote control counter operation, Check TPI indication progress, Check Tap function of OSR in test position, Check electrical operation through AVR , proper AVR setting to be done , e) Electrical Testing : Checking megger, Ratio test and Magnetic balance test etc. Complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Servicing and Overhauling 20 HP capacity monoblock Type KDS 2050 + make kirloskar by removing pump from foundation base, transporting to workshop, dismantling, impeller, cleaning the impeller, removing the shaft bend, filling shaft by welding and machining replacing bearings 6308 SKF both DE and NDE and greasing .Dismantling the motor, Cleaning, removing of dust, tightening of looseness of stator coils, brazing of coil connections , insulating the winding by using Dr. Bake insulation Varnish, replacing of stator terminal block, replacing the motor bearings, fan, assembling the motor, pump including replacing all bolts nuts washers etc complete. Transporting pump set at site fixing on foundation base, taking the pump by taking trial run on load condition.

Servicing and Overhauling 10 HP capacity monoblock, make kirloskar by removing pump from foundation base, transporting to workshop, dismantling, impeller, cleaning the impeller, removing the shaft bend, filling shaft by welding and machining replacing bearings 6308 SKF both DE and NDE and greasing. Dismantling the motor , Cleaning , removing of dust, tightening of looseness of stator coils, brazing of coil connections, insulating the winding by using Dr. Bake insulation Varnish, replacing of stator terminal block, replacing the motor bearings, fan, assembling the motor, pump including replacing all bolts nuts washers etc complete. Transporting pump set at site fixing on foundation base, taking the pump by taking trial run on load condition.
