Chipping of old plastering including cost of all materials, T&P, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by site Engineer incharge at site.

Removing the rust from steel reinforcement by using Fosroc reeboklens RR chemical including cost of all materials labour , lead, lift etc complete.

Applying one coat of Nito Zinc/equivalent primer after the cleaning of rust in the reinforcement rate including cost of all labours, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site.

Plastering with CM 1:3, 12mm thick for ceiling wall including cost of all materials, T&P, lead, lift, curing etc., complete and as directed by site Engineer incharge of the work.

Providing two legged scaffolding using 10-13 cm dia casuarina props, distance between two rows being 1.25m and spacing of posts being 2m in both rows, with two horizontal posts with 0.50m overlap on either side and braces at 2m c/c including logitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with C.W.Planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc., complete using coir and nails.

Dismantling the existing weathering course for providing Acid proof tiles including cost of all materials, T&P, lead, lift, curing etc., complete and as directed by site Engineer incharge of the work.

Providing and applying Acid proof tiles as lining work at Roof top of Electro chlorination plant including applying one coat of Acid proof primer over the concrete surface and applying 6mm thick mastic membrane and over the membrane acid proof tiles of size 230X120X20mm for flooring applied by using Acicem resin, including transportation charges, men & materials for applying whatever necessary, fixing the tiles etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge at site.

Pointing the weathering course area with CM 1:3, including cost of dismantling., T&P, all leads, lifts etc., complete.

Dismantling of existing corroded Windows and devoluting the scrap materials to the store, including cost of dismantling., T&P, all leads, lifts etc., complete.

Providing and fixing in position of Anodized aluminum sliding glazed window in two tracks with frame bottom gutter , 61.85x37mmx1.055kg/m & side /top 62x29.5mmx0.695kg/m and shutter lock 39x20mmx0.605kg/m, bottom 41x20mmx0.355kg/m , side 39x20mmx0.488kg/m , 6mm wired glass , rubber beading center lock etc including the cost of all materials labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Providing PCC 1:3:6 using O.P Cement and 40mm HBG metal including cost of all materials, shuttering charges, lead, lift, labour charges, etc., complete.

Brick work for interlocking paver block with Fly ash Brick CM 1:5 including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete as directed by the Engineer incharge at site.

Supplying and paving with 83mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of strength M24 grade using vibro compaction process , well compacted by plate compaction with joints of 2mm to 5mm including filling all joints with flyash compacting to the paved surface and ramping over the paver block and compacting until all the units are uniform surface and trimming the edges neatly including cost of all materials, lead ,lift , transportion the paver block to site , ramping machine etc., complete as directed by the Engineer incharge at site.

Dismantling RCC Sunshade by manual or by using deploying machineries including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour charges, shuttering charges etc., complete as instructed by the Engineer at site.

Providing, cutting, bending, tying and placing in position of 10mm dia RTS rods, including lead, lift, transporting, binding wire, etc., complete as instructed by the Engineer at site.

Providing RCC M20 Grade (1:1.5:3) for sunshade using O.P Cement and 12 to 20mm HBG metal including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour charges, Shuttering charges etc., complete and as directed by site Engineer incharge of the work.

Outer wall colour washing with CHRB paint after through scrapping of old outer wall surface and one coat CHRB wall prime and one coats of interior CHRB paint of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T & P etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer at site.

Providing special clamps to Strenthing the existing Rain water down fall pipe including cost of materials for clamp manufacturing and all screws and nuts required including and all labours lead lift T & P other etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Modification of the existing gate and fixing same in the existing gate including the cost of materials , providing hinges, dismantling the masonry and fixing etc., complete.
