Foundation RCC 1:1.5:3 shall be of size 550x550mm and depth 1500 mm with 8 nos. 12mm dia. tor bars as main bars and 8mm dia. tor bars stirrups @ 190 mm c/c as per approved drawing(Including form work). This reinforcement shall conform to IS:1786 latest edition. The foundation shall extend above sorrounding ground/driveway level for 200 mm and have slant 63mm dia. PVC sleeve cast insitu foundation for cable entry as per the drawing. Excavation, PCC, RCC,Form work and reinforcement shall be deemed to be included in qoted rates.

Cutting and filling bituminus road as per direction of Engr in Charge for laying of UG cable and match the existing road to the existing system.

M & L for GI pipe/ tubes light grade of size 50 mm dia for UG cable protection with all fittings laid in trenches, on poles to crossing the roads/Nalah etc .

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 3 ½ / 4 core XLPE, armoured, Aluminium conductor cable of size upto 50 sqmm,Indoor/Outdoor type complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down under ground 1.1 KV (E) Grade LT cable of size upto 10 sqmm to 300 sqmm 3.5/4 Core from pole/trenches/walls / ducts etc., for carrying out repairs , relaying, rerouting, laying back through same / different route after carrying out repair / issue under schedule of credit all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) as in roof using water proofing compound including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab all as specified below and as directed:- (a) Apply one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.25 Kg/Sqm. (b) Apply a coat of blown type bitumen grade 85/25 heated to working temperature of 180 degree centigrade and applied at 1.20 Kg/Sqm of the surface area. (c) Laying APP polymer modified membrane 4mm thick with non woven polyster reniforcement weighing not less than 4.00 Kg/Sqm applied by torch application method. (d) Apply a coat of blown type bitumen grade 85/25 heated to working temperature of 180 degree centigrade and applied at 1.20 Kg/Sqm of the surface area. (e) Apply a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm.

Taking down Chowkhat or frames exceeding 1.5Sqm but n exc 4 sqm each with shutters(Without taking off shutters from the frames.
