Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. A) On steel work

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Providing & fixing in position 4mm thk. Aluminium composite panels in external face, column/wall cladding and canopy ceiling of approved make conforming to ASTM standard /specifications comprising polyethylene core sandwiched between two skins of 0.50mm thick special alloyed aluminium sheet to have overall thickness of 4mm with exterior coating of PVDF Paint. Fixing of surface cladding to masonry/ concrete faces/steel structure as called for, including appropriate and adequate framework of aluminium tubular sections 50x25x3mm and 25x38x3mm to fix the composite panel to the frame, straight/slope and curvilinear profile and shapes including all accessories and all incidental work. The cladding shall be done in accordance with the drawings, fixed to sides and faces of columns /piers, to sills and soffits of window opening, returned over coping, to R.C.C/ structural steel system, etc, to line and level. The joints shall be properly sealed with approved Silicon sealant to make the joints watertight and weather proof including, fixing over aluminium frame using mechanical fasteners such as Aluminium cleats and Stainless Steel fasteners. Specially designed frame work with vertical and horizontal members of extruded aluminium section which shall be made of alloy 6063 T6, as approved by the Engineer-in-charge (as per drawing enclosed)The work shall be complete as per specification and directions of Engineer-in -Charge.

Supplying and installation of 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass single swing door (1.1 m x 2.49 m) of Dorma-Germany / Linox-Australia / Geze-Germany or approved equivalent. All edges of the glass is to be machine polished and sides also to be toughened. The work includes cost of all cut outs/holes. The doors to be hung on Dorma heavy floor spring BTS 84 - DORMA / FS 004 - Linox / TS 500 EN3 of Geze or approved equivalent . The patch fittings consisting of all required patch fittings for door with side and upper panels,upper and bootom patches,floor lock with cylinder and strike plate and pull handle of size 350mmX22mm complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying and installation of 12 mm thick clear toughened glass with required cutouts / holes and Dorma or equivalent Wall connecting Profile base rail with fixing holes incl. clamping parts with screws and gasket for 12 mm glass with cover profile on both sides, (profile fixed on floor & ceiling, sides are frameless)

Removal of fixed glass partition and glass doors from existing location in NITB and refixing the same to desired location as directed and making good the floor etc. complete to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of existing Curtain wall glazing system upto a height of 5 metres and refixing the same to desired location as directed and making good the floor etc. complete to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling semi unitized aluminium structural glazing partitions including disposal of unserviceable surplus material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing of available Semi unitized Aluminium structural glazing system with pasting of glass on frames using both side adhesive tape & structural silicone, the glass panels shall be mechanically supported to the aluminium main frame of mullion size 65x150 mm having wt. 3.972 kg/m. & Transom size 65x132 mm having wt. 2.3 kg/m., with all standard accessories and hardware of approved make. The anchoring/ bracing of the structural systems to the RCC slab/ beams/ columns shall be done with 5mm thick M.S. galvanized bracket & including providing Teflon shims of various thickness to adjust the beam level / line variations fixed with SS 316 grade dash fasteners of 12mm dia. and depth of 50-80mm in the concrete and to withstand the dead load of the structural curtain wall as well as stresses due to wind pressure etc. All screws, washers used shall be of stainless steel of 304 grade and through bolts, nuts & Anchors used shall be of stainless steel of 316 grade etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in- Charge.(Glass to be paid separately )

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 500 m lead.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. a) In cement mortar

Providing and fixing 8 mm thick multi coloured lacquered glass over SS pipe framework with finishing complete as per direction and to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (SS pipe framework shall be paid separately)

Providing and laying mirror finished 18 to 20mm thick finished superior granite stone flooring, machine cut in required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with matching pigment, including rubbing and curing etc. complete at all levels. (Sample of granite stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-Charge) (a) Machine cut ,Pre- polished Granite 18-20 mm thick

Providing and placing in position Check in Counter of size 900 x 825 x 1150 mm consisting of the following: 1. All vertical and horizontal sides shall be provided with 18mm thick ISI water proof marine plywood (century, greenply, orchid or equivalent) conforming to relevant IS standards and fixed to the Stainless Steel frame work. 2. All the Stainless Steel frame work shall be made of 16 Gauge, 304 Grade Stainless Steel pipes including welding grinding and buffing the joint etc. (i) 50.6mm dia SS pipes (Glossy/Matt finish at exposed surfaces) in all four corners connected with 20mm square SS pipes at top and bottom at three sides and top at back side. (ii) Counter top at 1150mm level, all-round frame work and vertical support with 20mm square SS pipes. (iii) 25.3mm dia SS pipes railing at bottom at front side of the counter (Glossy/Matt finish). 3. All outside vertical exposed surfaces of counter finished with 12mm thick acrylic polymer solid surface material. 4. Passenger counter top finished with acrylic polymer solid surface material of 12mm thick at top and 6mm thick at bottom. 5. Passenger counter top vertical finished with acrylic polymer solid surface material of 12mm thick at outside and 6mm thick at inside. 6. Staff counter top finished with acrylic polymer solid surface material of 12mm thick at top. 7. All the exposed edged of plywood at exterior sides to be covered with acrylic polymer solid surface material 9. Acrylic Polymer Surface material should be the make of E.I. Dupont (P) Ltd. (Cocoa Brown – F Range, White Jasmine – C range) or Samsung Staron (Sanded Icicle, SI – 414 for white, Aspen Dark, Ad 621 – for brown) or hanex (S 002 for white, Gangeesbank, T 043 – for brown) 10. All other interior exposed surfaces of counter finished with 1.5mm thick lamination of approved brand and colour. 11. Two numbers of drawers with slider including providing level adjuster, making necessary cut outs, adhesives, accessories etc. all complete as per the enclosed drawings and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 12. The work to be executed as per relevant drawing SK-77 attached at Page no. 154. The quoted rate includes the cost of all labour,material involved, fabrication, transportation, placing in position, fixing etc. complete.
