(A)Work under Priority list ‘A’ 1.Complete operation and routine checking of PT plant of 2X210 MW PTPP Parichha (in 02 shifts in a day as per scope of work enclosed).

2.Complete operation and routine checking of ETP plant of 2X210 MW, PTPP, Parichha (in 02 Shift)

3.Routine checking, Complete Operation of Chlorination plant (Capacity 150kg/hr and 30kg/hr) and its auxiliaries in general shift of 2X210 MW, PTPP, Parichha.

4.Additional manual dosing of required chemicals i.e. alum, PAC, lime, bleaching powder and PE etc. to maintain the standard parameter during rainy season at PT plant (for proper dosing at least additional 02 persons/shift extra required for Round the clock operation)

PART-B(Work under Priority ‘B’ ) (a) B/D maintenance of following item of PT plant 1.Maintenance/attending Breakdown of lime dosing solution/ Alum dosing solution /PAC dosing solution preparation tank’s agitator assembly (including gear box) of PT plant (as per scope of work)

2.Maintenance/Breakdown Main. Alum Dosing pump, PAC Dosing pump.

3.Maintenance/ Breakdown maintenance of Lime dosing pump

4.Maintenance/ attending leakages of PVC pipe lines.

5.Complete cleaning and removal of foreign material from chemical tanks their strainer, servicing of level gauge glass and back washing of tank etc.

6.Removal of chocking and flushing of pipelines of chemical tank.

7.Maintenance/Breakdown maintenance of Sludge disposal pump

8.Attending breakdown of bearing of sludge disposal pump.

9.Manual cleaning of sludge pit of PT plant, mud, chemical & other wastes etc. and disposal of same to suitable remote place

10.Maintenance of central bearing of clariflocculator bridge which includes dismantling bearing housing, changing bearing /repairing bearing housing and assembling etc.

11.Maintenance/Breakdown maintenance of end carriage drive

12.Maintenance/Breakdown maintenance of flocculator paddles assembly (includes reduction gear box, bevel gear box, pulleys unit & shaft).

13.Maintenance of MS rail of peripheral clarifier wall of clariflocculator bridge which includes dismantling bear bridge and associated system which includes repairing/welding etc

14.Maintenance of scrapper of clariflocculator bridge which includes dismantling bear, constant bleeds line and removing chocking of sludge line and removal of accumulated sludge from the system.

15.Maintenance of flash mixer agitator (includes gear box, mixing paddles and associated system).
