MISCELLANEOUS ELECTRICAL WORKS AT BPCL MCI

Miscellaneous Electrical works at BPCL MCI Mangalore Coastal Installation (MCI) located at Baikampady, near APMC yard, Mangalore of Karnataka. MCI caters to different sales areas of Mangalore Retail Territory, Gulbarga Territory, Calicut territory, Rescue loads to Belgaum Territory and I&C. MCI is the first certified NANO location on 30.09.2014, has 08 bay top loading TLF for dispatches & maintains 100 % NANO consistently. MCI being a coastal location is receiving rainfall for more than 6 months per year. During the latest inspection of the earth pits, it was noted that the reading for some Earth pits was significantly high and needs to be reconditioned. Additionally, testing of the transformer oil is also pending. Due to severe weather conditions, several FLP and non-FLP fittings need to be replaced. Furthermore, during the recent servicing of the HVLR, it was observed that the HVLR cables and glands require both replacement and repairs.
