Annual Operation and Maintenance contract of E and M installations at Lilabari Airport 2022 23

SH:I O & M Contract: Operation & Maintenance of Electrical & Mechanical Installations at Lilabari Airport i/c all areas viz operational and Non-Operational area on all days (including sundays and holidays) on round the clock basis, which involves preventive maintenance, maintenance of records as per AAI/OEM requirement, attending day to day complaints, faults, ensuring 100% serviceability & satisfactory working condition of the installations. The agency is required to deploy minimum manpower in each shift as detailed in special conditions of contract, complete as required and as per direction of EIC.

SH:II MAINTENANCE JOBS

Lifting and lowering of different size submersible pumps i/c necessary connections (electrical & pipe line) dismantling of defective submersible pump set and reinstallion of repaired pump complete as required and as per direction of EIC.

Overhauling & servicing of following capacity ACBs through OEM/authorized service centre of OEM alongwith servicing/testing of all protection relays, testing of protection release of ACBs through secondary injection method where ever applicable, checking of IR value, functional check of all relays, cleaning of all contacts and carrying out all other necessary maintenance works as per OEM's standard. Make: GE power, capacity: upto & i/c 1600A

Servicing, Testing and Calibration of over load and earth fault relays through secondary injection kit including testing of CT / PT etc as per OEM's standard and as per special conditions of contract complete as required. (1set =2no.O/L, 1 no-E/F, 1- auxiliary relay) i/c submission of test reports.

Servicing, Testing and Calibration of transformer protection alarm and trip relays of out going transformers as per OEM's standard and as per special conditions of contract complete as required i/c submission of test reports.

Dehydration/filtration of transformer oil by heat treatment method till transformer oil attains specified BDV as per IS including conducting BDV test before and after filtration complete as required i/c submission of test report.

Supply of Insulating Transformer Oil confirming to IS 335:1993 with latest amendments

SH:III LIGHTINING DECORATION WORKS

Provision of decorative lighting on temporary basis in tri-colors i.e Green, White & Saffron on the Facia of Terminal Building, Technical building and other ancillary buildings of Lilabari Airport with LED series lighting of high lumen in all areas (max. 120Mtr length) on the occasion of Independence/Republic day having uniform spacing of rows not more than 0.75 mtrs. for min 03 days period as per the direction of EIC. The facades lighting should be enhanced with tri-color flood lights complete as required & as per the direction of EIC.

Providing tri-colored Arch for entrance gates, main Airport entrance, Terminal building entrance: Tricolor (saffron, white and Green) cloth decoration along with Tri-color balloons.

Execution of works as per CPWD DSR (E&M) 2018, DAR (E&M) 2018 & Latest CPWD Specifications as & when required. CPWD DSR (E&M) - Chapter 1 to 10 & 14 The rate shall be quoted for this item as per examples given below: - Please refer SCC before quoting rates for this item. • If Bidder wants to quote the rate at par with rates of DSR - 2018 (E&M), then bidder has to quote 1.00 in the rate column. • If Bidder wants to quote the rate 10 % Above the rates of DSR - 2018 (E&M), then bidder has to quote 1.10 in the rate column. • If Bidder wants to quote the rate 10 % Below the rates of DSR - 2018 (E&M), then bidder has to quote 0.90 in the rate column.
