| 2.00Note : (a) The Engineer / Technician plant visit twice a month for preventive / periodical maintenance services and 01 (one) annual comprehensive maintenance service of 10 KLD effluent treatment plant of Make : M/s Gram Envosolution Pvt Ltd. The contractor shall submit the record of periodical / preventive / Annual maintenance services carried out by M/s Gram Envosolution Pvt Ltd. along with documentary evidence (i.e monitoring log sheets and service reports) for claiming payment. | |||||
| 3.00(b) The cost of all damaged & broken spares of 10 KLD ETP as and when required to be replaced / replenished during the entire contract period is deemed to be included in the quoted rates and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect at any stage. | |||||
| 4.00(c) During entire contract period, any defective component(s) and/or any other materials which is not specified / given in Schedule ‘A’, but essential to be repair / replace, to make plant(s) / machine(s) fully functional, the cost of the same is deemed to be included in qoated rate. The Rates are deemed in quoted rates for ETP except for Analysis of effluent sample, chemicals and amount for analysis of effluent sample, chemicals will be paid to contractor under seperately in respecitve items. | |||||

| 6.00(e) The 10 KLD ETP along with connected items will be handed over to contractor in running condition, but with fair wear & tear which can be meet out through annual comprehensive maintenance. Hence, the bidder is advised to visit the site to assess the quantum of work to be carried out in this contract and quote their rates accordingly and no claim in this effect will be accepted at any stage. | |||||
| 7.00(f) All the complaint/ faults will be addressed within 12 Hours from the time of receipt of complaint. If, contractor or his tradesmen fails to attend the complained more than 12 hours from the time of receipt of complaint, the compensation/penalty of Rs. 500.00 (Rupees Five Hundred only) per complaint per hr for first 04 hrs and after that Rs. 1000.00 (Rupees One Thousand only) per complaint per hr shall be recovered from the contractor’s dues. | |||||

Labour for Comprehensive maintenance, preventive / periodical, routine and corrective (break down), maintenance, servicing, cleaning, inspection and testing and including replacement of defective components, parts, fittings, sensors, control & power wiring,mechanical drives, doorlock & Laches, drianhose with sensor of Industrial washer extractor and Drying tumblers system Make : M/S Star White (Model No SWE 30), 30 Kg capacity including checking the funtioning of Mechanical Laundry unit, including replacing charges of all spares, Technician and helper visiting charges permonth including transportaion logging boarding and submite the service report and required spareparts for made serviceable all as directed for industrail washing machines comprising the following all as specified and directed :- (i) Industrial Washer Extractor - 02 No of M/S Star White (Model No SWE 30), Capacity of Plant 30 Kg driven by Electric Motor of Capcity - 7.5 HP, 1440 RPM. (ii) Drying Tumbles system - 02 Nos of M/S Star White (Model No STD 30), Capacity of plant 30 Kg, driven by electric motor of capacity of 1 HP - 02 Nos, 935 to 1440 RPM (iii) Flat work ironer with roolers motors,feed conveyar with tray - 2 Nos (iv) Ironing table with aytomatic stam iron electric - 2 Nos (v) Dry and wet trolly and shelf - 6 Nos .

The contractor shall submit the record of periodical / preventive / Annual maintenance services carried out by M/s Star White Laundry and Service (P) Ltd and submite the service report to Engr- In - Charg (b) The entire work as mentioned in srl item no 7.00, shall be got executed through OEM i.e. M/s Star White only.
Meterail for Comprehensive , preventive / periodical, routine and corrective (break down), maintenance, servicing, cleaning, testing and including repair and replacement of defective components parts, fittings, sensors, control & power wiring,mechanical drives, doorlock & Laches, drianhose with sensor for all plant and machinereys as mention in item No 7, including checking the funtioning of Mechanical Laundry, worn out parts with new one such as V belt of size B-96, B-98 & B-72 or suitable size of existing plants, assessment, including repairing of 1 & 7 HP three phase 440 volts capacity electric motor of Mechanical Laundry such as rewinding of motor, replacement of defective parts of motor, replacement of bearing, greasing of motor bearing, replacement of PCB, control wiring and canister whees of trolly's, etc and any other parts requird for maintain the serviceability of complete set of plant all as specified and directed

(b) During entire contract period, any defective component(s) and/or any other materials which is not specified / given in Schedule ‘A’, but essential to be repair / replace, to make plant(s) / machine(s) fully functional, the cost of the same is deemed to be included in qoated rate.
(c) The Industrial washer extractor and Drying tumblers system (Mechanical Laundry) along with connected items will be handed over to contractor in running condition, but with fair wear & tear which can be meet out through annual comprehensive maintenance. Hence, the bidder is advised to visit the site to assess the quantum of work to be carried out in this contract and quote their rates accordingly and no claim in this effect will be accepted at any stage.

If, contractor or his tradesmen fails to attend the complained more than 24 hours from the time of receipt of complaint, the compensation/penalty of Rs. 500.00 (Rupees Five Hundred only) per complaint per hr for first 04 hrs and after that Rs. 1000.00 (Rupees One Thousand only) per complaint per hr shall be recovered from the contractor’s dues.
