Taking out carefully existing unserviceable filter media from rapid gravity filter/pressure filter/iron removal plant of capacity 10000 GPH and removing from site,complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out carefully existing unserviceable media from areation tower and removing from site including cleaning the media chamber in the tower,washing down with water,complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for applying two coats of anti corrosive and non toxic black bituminous paint (Compatible with Drinking Water) to internal steel surfaces of existing rapid gravity/pressure filter/IRP/oxidation chamber/media chamber in areation tower etc. after complete descaling of surfaces and including preparation of surfaces,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repairs, PP/LDPE, 3/8” BSP thread strainer suitable for pressure filter, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for filling in,Filtration Media Sand ,effective size 0.35 mm to 0.50 mm,hard and resistant, quartz or quartzite, free from clay, fine particles, soft grains and dirt of every description, conforming to IS 8419, Part-I, inside existing rapid gravity filter & pressure filter, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for filling in,Filteration Media Gravel,size 3 mm to 6 mm, consisting of hard,rounded stones with average specific gravity of not less than 2.5 and free from clay, sand, loam and organic impurities of any kind,conforming to IS 8419, Part-I, inside existing rapid gravity filter & pressure filter, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for filling in,Filteration Media Gravel,size 6 mm to 12 mm, consisting of hard,rounded stones with average specific gravity of not less than 2.5 and free from clay, sand, loam and organic impurities of any kind,conforming to IS 8419, Part-I, inside existing rapid gravity filter & pressure filter, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for filling in,Filteration Media Gravel,size 12 mm to 20 mm, consisting of hard,rounded stones with average specific gravity of not less than 2.5 and free from clay, sand, loam and organic impurities of any kind,conforming to IS 8419, Part-I, inside existing rapid gravity filter & pressure filter, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for filling in,Filteration Media Gravel,size 20 mm to 40 mm, consisting of hard,rounded stones with average specific gravity of not less than 2.5 and free from clay, sand, loam and organic impurities of any kind,conforming to IS 8419, Part-I, inside existing rapid gravity filter & pressure filter, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for filling in,Manganese Dioxide (MnO2) media, approximate size 20 mm X 24 mm, with MnO2 contents minimum 65%, in existing oxidation chamber/areation tower, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for filling in, Anthracite coke,hard, compact variety of coal, having a submetallic luster with carbon content between 92.1% and 98%,in existing aeration towers/IRP, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repairs,resilient seated, cast iron, flanged butterfly valve,size 50 mm, PN 1.0, Class 125, with stainless steel shaft, lever operated, ISI Marked (IS-13095:1991, Reaffirmed 2003), including provision of carbon steel nuts, bolts & washers, rubber gaskets etc., fixed to water mains, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repairs,resilient seated, cast iron, flanged butterfly valve,size 80 mm, PN 1.0, Class 125, with stainless steel shaft, lever operated, ISI Marked (IS-13095:1991, Reaffirmed 2003), including provision of carbon steel nuts, bolts & washers, rubber gaskets etc., fixed to water mains, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repairs, cast iron double flanged, sluice valve, size 100 mm bore, Class PN 1.6, long body type, with brass spindle, CI wheel, ISI Marked [IS 14846-2000 (Reaffirmed 2010)], including provision of carbon steel nuts, bolts & washers, rubber gaskets etc., fixed to water mains, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repairs, cast iron double flanged, sluice valve, size 150 mm bore, Class PN 1.6, long body type, with brass spindle, CI wheel, ISI Marked [IS 14846-2000 (Reaffirmed 2010)], including provision of carbon steel nuts, bolts & washers, rubber gaskets etc., fixed to water mains, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repairs, cast iron double flanged, sluice valve, size 200 mm bore, Class PN 1.6, long body type, with brass spindle, CI wheel, ISI Marked [IS 14846-2000 (Reaffirmed 2010)], including provision of carbon steel nuts, bolts & washers, rubber gaskets etc., fixed to water mains, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Chemical Solution Dosing System comprising of dosing pump (suitable for chlorine solution prepared from calcium based granules/solution prepared from Poly Aluminium Chloride (PAC) Inorganic soluble polymer raw water flocculants powder ), AC, single phase, 230 Volts, 50 Hz, electrically operated with high starting torque, having positive displacement diaphragm type accurated by a solenoid solid state pulsar, with discharge capacity of 1 to 6 Litres/Hour of standard mixture of calcium based calcium base chlorine granule with water/PAC with water, of any strength and suitable for injecting chemical mixture at 4 to 6 Kg per sq cm pressure, with provision of polypropylene /LDPE suction and discharge pipes of suitable size and length with swing seal foot valve at bottom end of suction pipe, and with 150 Litres capacity FRP tank with FRP Lid having post hole for pouring calcium based chlorine granules/PAC and water, including provision for mounting the dosing pump on the lid/wall of FRP tank , provision of Level Gauge, Agitator (1280 to 1400 RPM) with shaft and blade in SS 316 (FRP Coated/Epoxy Coated /Plastic Coated) mounted on tank complete with all accessories required for installation as per Manufacturers instructions including supply of 02 (Two) Years normal maintenance Spares i.e. (i) PVC Pump roller tube – 02 (Two) Nos.
