Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

the tenderer, as authorized representative/dealer , has supplied, Similar type ofmaterial at least 50% of the quantity similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years which must be in satisfactory operation for at least 12 months on the date of tender opening./ satisfactorily completed (at least 50% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar nature of Work done certificate with full indent number for DBM/BC/BM/SDBC/SIMILAR TYPE OF SUPPLY of value not less than Rs 5.00 Lakhs in last 5 years. i.e 2020-21 to 2024-25 (Updated to 2025-26) (upload scan copy of work done Certificate report issued by the employer (Not less than the rank of Executive Engineer) and originals should be produced while opening the tender.)

Annual Turnover certificate achieved in at least Two financial years an annual Financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only)of Rs equal to the estimate cost Rs. 10.00 Lakhs (usually not less than the estimated cost under this contract) (upload scan copy of turnover certificate issued by CA along with UDIN No.)
