PROCUREMENT OF V BELTS

Details of experience and past performance of the tenderer on equipment offered and on those of similar nature within the past three/five years2 and details of current contracts in hand and other commitments.

A detailed description of the essential technical and performance characteristics of the goods.

A list giving full particulars, including available sources and current prices, of spare parts, special tools, etc., necessary for the proper and continuing functioning of the goods for a period of two years, following commencement of the use of the goods by the Purchaser.

The intending bidder should have supplied V-BELTS of value not less than Rs.1.0Lakh in a single purchase order in any one year during preceding five financial years to any industry / Thermal Power Station / Public Sector Undertaking etc. As a proof bidder shall upload the original scanned PO copy.

The intending bidder shall be a manufacturer/authorized dealer/Supplier for the supply of V-BELTS. As a proof the bidder shall upload valid registration certificate issued by competent authority in case of manufactures & dealership certificate from manufacturer in case of authorized dealers.

The intending bidder in his name should have achieved an average annual financial turnover of Rs.2.0Lakhs for any two years among preceding five financial years and As a proof, the bidder shall upload the certified copy of the Profit and Loss account or turnover certificate duly certified by the chartered Accountant.

Bidder shall have GST registrations & shall furnish copy of certificate as a documentary proof.

The declaration duly signed in the prescribed format (Annexure - II) has to be enclosed.
