Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centreing and necessary staging upto 4 m. using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams, columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works. (upto roof of ground floor) (When the height of a particular floor is more than 4 m. the equivalent floor ht. shall be taken as 4 m. and extra for works beyond the initial 4 m. ht. shall be allowed under 12(e) for every 4 m. or part thereof.) (a) 25 mm. to 30 mm. thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

M.S. works in brackets made from flats, angles, tees etc. to sizes specialy bent, twisted, forged; making holes drilled and fitted to rafter of trusses with necessary bolts, nuts, washer or screws etc. (length of straight not less than 230 mm)

Taking out carefully G.C.I. or C.I. or asbestos sheets (including ridges etc.) from roof or wall after unscrewing bolts, nuts, screws etc.and stacking the material at site as directed. (Payment to be made on measurement of portion of roof or wall removed.)

Supplying, Fitting & Fixing single skin color coated trapixoidal profile for wall cladding, roof shall be made of 0.45 BMT ( Base metal thickness) ( 0.50 TCT Total coated thickness excluding paint), G550 (min 550 yield strength) of Zincalume metallic coating (IS15965) with high Solar Reflectance Index (SRI) value for better calling as per thermotech technology, 10001015 mm effective cover width with five major corrugation, 28 mm huge rib spaced at 203mm c/c with subtlesquare fluting in the pan and the end rib shall have anti- capillary groove and return leg. The steel sheet shall be fastened with 40 mocron Zinc coated or 25 micron zinc-tin alloy coated, hex head self drilling screw as per IS 2566-2002 Class 3 fastener. The base steel shall be coated with zincaluminium alloy Zincalume (AZ15) ie. 55% Al, 43.4% Zinc, 1.6% Si) minimum of coating total on both sides, pre-painted with colorbond XRW (exterior roofing, walling) paint system of 35 micron Super Durable Polyster paint (SDP) with stable inorganic pigment withno lead contents conforming IS15965. The sheet shall be free from defects and have brand making of the manufacturer giving product details on the back of the sheet at regular interval confirming genuity of the meterial. i) In roof a) 0.5 mm th. sheet
