Earth work excavation for foundation (for narrow excavation) in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

CEMENT CONCRETE 1:5:10 [One Cement, Five sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly] using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for FOUNDATION including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with FILLING Crushed Stone SAND in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling GRAVEL in foundation and basement in layers of not more than 15cm.thick well rammed watered and compacted -1m3 etc., complete complying with standard specification.

BRICK WORK in Cement Mortar 1:5 [One Cement and Five crushed stone Sand] using best quality chamber burnt Fly Ash Bricks of size 23 x 11 x 7cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications. [Masonry projections wherever necessary for obtaining required elevation shall be done without extra cost].

For Foundation & Basement

For Superstructre in Ground Floor

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as COLUMN FOOTINGS, COLUMN PEDESTALS, PLINTH BEAMS, GRADE BEAMS, STAIRCASE STEPS, etc., which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. [Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid]

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height For plane surfaces as detailed below , in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid).

RCC FLOOR SLAB, ROOF SLAB, RECTANGULAR BEAMS, ELL BEAMS, LINTELS, LANDING WAIST SLAB, CONAPY SLABS BED BLOCKS etc.

FOR RECTANGULAR OR SQUARE RCC COLUMNS TOP AND BOTTOM SLABS OF RCC BOXING TO WINDOWS RCC SUNSHADES etc.,

Providing Additional Strutting to centering of RCC slabs of plain surface for every additional 1.0 metre height or part thereof but not less than 30 cm, over the initial 3.00 metre height from floor level using casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia including cross bracing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers.

Providing and laying in position, standardised concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/ms and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu'm') 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position MILD STEEL/ RIBBED TOR STEEL grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. [Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire]

Supply & fixing of WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) - Matt plain frame extruded with size 75mmx50mm. The single core door made of rigid WPC compound with minimum Bulk Density of 900 KG/Cub.Mt. & shore hardness of 55. Supply & fixing of WUTE WPC door shutter, extruded as a single core board with rigid WPC compound with the thickness of 25mm (+/- 1mm) & minimum Bulk Density of 550 KG/ Cub.Mt. & shore hardness of 55. The door shall be a plain matt board and the aesthetic designing shallbe either painting or routing, as decided by the Engineer-in-Charge of the department. The WPC door shall be fixed on to the WPC frame with 3 Nos. of 5" SS hinges and the door shall have 2 towerbolt on one side and 1 towebolt or aldrop on other side for locking system and 2 numbers of handle on the either side of the door shutter, all made of aluminium etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

CEMENT CONCRETE 1:5:10 [One cement, Five Crushed Stone Sand and Ten hard broken stone] using 40 mm gauge hard broken jelly for FLOORING including laying, consolidating, finishing, rendering the top surface rough to receive the floor, curing, etc. complete complying with standard specification. [The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with best quality Vertified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three Crushed Stone Sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Supplying, and fixing M.S. GRILLS for open courtyard grill, grill work to doors, windows and ventilators etc, using necessary flats for inner and outer members which should be fixed or welded to masonry or column including necessary dismantling or making etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Stucco plastering 12mm thick using blue granite chips of size 10mm and below over the existing base plastering with cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick,mixed with Bonding agent Cebex112, Zydex -Zycrete 2X or other Equalent compound conforming to BIS at 200ml of One cement bag (50kg) for increased workability and air entrainment used finishing in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

PLASTERING with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five p.sand), 12mm thick mixed with Bonding agent Cebex112, Zydex -Zycrete 2X or other Equalent compound conforming to BIS at 200ml of One cement bag (50kg) for increased workability and air entrainment used finishing in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

SPECIAL CEILING PLASTERING and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three P.Sand) 10mm thick mixed with Bonding agent Cebex112, Zydex -Zycrete 2X or other Equalent compound conforming to BIS at 200ml of One cement bag (50kg) for increased workability and air entrainment used finishing including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the wall two coats with approved weather proof Exterior Emulsion paint over one primer coat of over cement plastered wall surface ect., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting NEW IRON works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with TWO COATS of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. [The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.]

HGS SS.20.B. Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m & initial lift of 2m in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Construction of granular sub-grade by providing close grade material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grade on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates of Wet Mix Macadam 250mm thick including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechnanical mix plant conveyance of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers using pavers in Sub grade/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges,rentals for machinery, fuel and other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying prime coat over WBM/WMM surface using 7kg of Emulsion bitumen (SS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 502 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Tack coat WBM/WMM surface (Treated with primer) using 2.50 kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) per 10 sq.m for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 503 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick bituminous macadam using 0.20cum of 26.50-13.20mm, 0.43cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.08cum of 2.36mm & below size IRC metal with 37Kgs of VG30/VG40 bitumen for premixing per10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grade sand cross sections and consolidated by 8-10tonne Vibratory/Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc.,including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher/9m paver finisher,Vibratory/Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 504 of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30/40mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00-9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30kgs of VG30 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumean and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidential charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

Supplying and fixing of Aluminium Dye Cast Letters of approved size and colour. The colour treatment process is achieved with MRF colour coat and then the processed coloured layer is set into the kiln for the heat treatment process for the following sizes.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing in position of the Tamilnadu Government Emblem of dia 15" made upto 12mm thickness sheet including, computer designing, drawing, pattern making, moulding, grinding, painting, the emblem with national flag, inner MRF coating, painting, finishing and fixing the emblem etc., complete as directed by the department officers.
