Fitting of Air Conditioning System at Lan by way of replacement of existing ductable AC System (cooling only) retrieved from old CCU, at SKIMS Soura.

Dismantling and extraction of existing defunct ductable AC (outdoor-06 No’s and indoor – 04 No’s ) from LAN and handing over to I&D SKIMS, Soura against proper receipt

Installation of 11 TR kcal Ductable AC unit (outdoor & Indoor) in LAN. The job includes shifting of Ductable units ( 2No. ) from boiler house and installation at LAN. The job includes leak testing, Providing and Fitting of Refrigerant piping of requisite size with 19 mm thick nitrile insulation, Refrigerant Charging and testing on full load at site.

Providing and fixing of M.S stands for outdoor and indoor unit made of MS angle (40mm and 25 mm) and 50 mm MS flat. 40 mm x 5 mm thick ISA = 20 mts@ 3.0kg/m = 60 Kg. 25 mm x 5 mm thick ISA = 10 mts@ 1.8kg/m = 18 kg 50 mm x 5 mm thick MS Flat = 20 mts@ 2.0kg/m = 40 kg. Total = 118 Kg.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 25 mm Heavy Duty PVC pipe for draining of condensed water from the evaporator coil. (Brackets clips etc included).

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of three phase Copper Wound oil immersed Servo voltage stabilizer of 60 KVA capacity rest as per Annexure B of the e-NIT.

Control panel: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of main cubical panel free standing type, dust & vermin proof fabricated out of 16 SWG MS sheet with internal wiring. The Control panel shall have 02 separate cubical’s for 02 No. indoor and outdoor VRV units with following equipments and one spare cubical as per Annexure B of the e-NIT.

Providing and fixing of Copper electric power cabling from main control panel to outdoor units suitable for 415v, 3 phase, 50 Hz and from main control panel to indoor units suitable for above same 3 phase supply. The control wiring shall be PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, multicore, stranded copper cable.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 24 SWG (0.6 mm) sheet metal ducts fabricated from galvanized sheets (GI) complete with all accessories, straight & smooth finished G.I flanges with air tight joints for connecting of the ducts, all 90º elbow must be provided with double radius turning vanes, all rectangular duct taps should be made with shoe (45º) fittings i/c supports for hanging of ducts and shall be in compliance as per SMACNA norms. The job also includes piercing of walls through which supply/return duct to be laid and finishing of same to the original décor.
