Demolishing concrete work by mechanical means disposal of unserviceable materials at Municipal dumping ground outside premises etc complete with all tools, plants, labour and materials, transport complete.

Earth Work excavation in hard rock with earth pocket and boulder including removal of obstruction such as small trees, vegetation etc. refilling the trenches with suitable excavated material, and removal of unsuitable excavated material upto a lead of 100 mtrs. All labour and material etc. complete.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete(1:3:6) using 20/40mm graded black trap stone metal out of quarried boulders as coarse aggregate including mixing, depositing, consolidating, levelling, curing, etc. All tools, plants,labour and materials complete.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding with GI binding wire all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. Make SAIL/JSW

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc.

Structural steel work using TATA/SAIL/JINDAL/RINL by riveted,bolted or welded in built up sections ,trusses and framed work,including cutting ,hoisting,fixing in position with Anchor bolts ,j hooks of required size and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all Tools, plants, labour and materials complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (TATA/JSW)(size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge)0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %), total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 gsm as per IS: 277 in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.All tools, plants, Scafolding,labour and materials.

Do above but for Ridges plain (TATA/JSW)( 500-600mm ).

Designing of the steel structure through competent structural engineer including providing stability certificate for the same and Issuing drawings for execution of work and submission of as built drawings on completion of work.

Supplying, erecting & marking SPMCB 6A to 32A, C-series (for motor/power) in provided distribution board

Supplying and erecting 16 to 32 A DPMCB suitable to fix in 2 module of modular switch in provided box complete & duly concealed with necessary material and connected.

Supplying and erecting metal clad distribution board approved make 250V. 6 way,16A. per way & neutral bar connector complete erected on iron frame/ wooden plank or Board

Supplying & erecting mains with 3x2.5 Sq.mm F.R copper PVC insulated wire laid in provided conduit/trunking/inside pole/Bus bars or any other placesI, including labour, material & scaffolding ect Complete.

Supplying and erecting LED flood light fitting 40W to 48W, having PF > 0.95, class IP65 or above. Housing of pressure die cast aluminium alloy and heat sink extruded aluminium including labour, material & scaffolding etc Complete.
