Part A: Labour Wage Component & Liveries

Wages of Two (02) unskilled manpower to be paid on monthly basis for housekeeping of colony premises including road, office building, community center and allied services. It includes Minimum basic wages (including additional payment) PF, ESI and Bonus (Note:-Rate is for two unskilled manpower)

Wages of Two (02) skilled manpower to be paid on monthly basis for attending day to day maintenance requirement pertains to minor Electrrical & civil defects of colony premises, quarters, base office, community center etc. It includes Minimum basic wages (including additional payment) including PF, ESI and Bonus (Note:-Rate is for two skilled manpower)

Providing one set of liveries to each four manpower. The contractor has to submit original bill, upon verification of which by EIC, payment will be reimbursed. (Note:-Rate is for each manpower)

EARTH WORK

Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up outside the IOCL premises at no extra cost.

PLAIN/ REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE WORKS

Providing & laying in position Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) of specified grade at all depths in foundation, floor or other places including ramming, dewatering, providing centering, shuttering, staging, scaffolding, compacting with mechanical vibrator, removal of form work, finishing, curing with water, etc., inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. complete in all respects as per drawings, specifications and direction of the Site Engineer.

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 10mm down size) mixed with approved brand of water proofing compound @ 1Kg/Bag of cement, in roof grading, coping, in bed concrete etc at all heights & depths, including providing centering and shuttering, scaffolding, watering, curing, vibrating, etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer.

Providing and laying structural Reinforced Cement Concrete of specified grade conforming to IS:456 in superstructure at all floors for maximum staging height of 10m for construction of beams, columns, staircases chajja, roof slabs, facia, canopies, fins, porch, water tank etc. including providing centering, shuttering, staging, scaffolding, form work, compacting with mechanical vibrator, finishing, curing with water etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Payment for Reinforcement shall be made as per relevant item of SOR).

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Supplying & providing Thermo-Mechanically Treated (TMT) HCR/CRS Fe 500D bars (reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete works) conforming to IS:1786 including initial straightening of coiled/uncoiled bars, removal of loose rust, cutting, bending to correct size & shape, placing at any position, at any height & depth with proper size concrete cover block & supports, binding with 18 Gauge G.I. wire at each intersection, etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles, transportation, loading, unloading etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge/ Site Engineer.

Supplying and using water proofing compound like CICO, PUDDLE or any other approved brand with cement plaster/CC/ RCC complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per specifications and directions of the Site Engineer.

MASONARY WORK

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing, labour, materials, etc. complete.

In Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in Superstructure up to any height & at any floor including scaffolding, curing, labour, materials, etc. complete.

PAINTING WORKS

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Old work (one or more coats)

New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Surface preparation, supplying and painting two or more coats of weather proof acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint of make ASIAN (APEX), BERGER or NEROLAC or equivalent on exterior walls over one coat of cement primer and wall putty where required as per specifications and of approved color and make including all scraping , removing unwanted material and scaffolding all complete.

Priming one coat on timber/steel or other metal surface with ready mixed oil based primer of ASIAN, BERGER or other equivalent approved quality including smoothening surface by sand papering etc complete with all labour and materials complete in all respects.

Painting any shade as directed with best quality Synthetic Enamel of ASIAN, BERGER or other equivalent approved make and brand on steel/timber/plastic/metal including smoothening the surface by sand papering etc complete with all labour and materials complete in all respects as directed

Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Two or more coats on new work

Painting (two or more coats) on rain water, soil, waste and vent pipes and fittings with black anticorrosive bitumastic paint approved brand and manufacture over and including a priming of ready mixed zinc chromate yellow primer on new work

Supplying and laying flat brick soling in foundation trenches, in floors, garages, sumps, etc., with bricks of class designation 50 laid to proper slope, level and grade etc. filling of the joints with approved quality sand etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer.

Providing & laying 40 mm thick cement concrete flooring in grade mix 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

Providing & fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) and jointing with grey cement slurry cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/Sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing & laying 1st quality ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge, laid over 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand ), including pointing the joints with white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade etc. complete.

Providing & fixing 18mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut slab for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.

Supplying & fixing approved wood (as per following) shelves & partitions 18mm thick with screw, fixing necessary brackets teak wood liping supports etc as necessary & applying two coats of primer as directed.

Taking out chowkhat and refixing after necessary repairing of chowkhat with all labour materials & making good all damages done etc. complete.

GENERAL WORKS

Transportation of various materials including loading, unloading such as cement, sand, debris, earth, furniture, plants etc all such materials from one place to another place including pump station area and outside pump station area upto a lead of 3 Kms complete.

With tractor trailer.

Painting the new hoarding board with 2 coats of red oxide and 2 coats of sythetic enamel paint of approved colour, shade and quality etc. as directed including painting of IOC monogram and art work/slogan /messages of any letter size/type etc. complete as directed.

Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and dechocking of sewer lines. Dechocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 150mm dia upto 300mm dia for all depth.

Cleaning of under ground sump, Over Head R.C.C. Tank ( independent staging) including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations:- (i) Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of slit and other deposits. (ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water. (iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine. (iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface. (v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
