Electrical Works :
Laying, pulling , handling, dressing & clamping, piping, installation, Testing and commissioning of new 3 core, 1.1 KV grade, 185 sq mm XLPE insulated aluminium armoured power cables through cable trench/Cable riser/Cable tray/structures etc along with removal of existing damaged power cables for Raw Water motors of Jack well - I&II Plant Note:- Cable shall be supplied by BVFCL free of cost.
Supply, of 2.5sq.mm 7 C, X 1.1KV XLPE insulated copper armoured control cable (1000mtrs single run run each)for 11/0.440KV,2MVA Transformer No.1&2 from transformer side up to panel end in N-III WTP plant. (Note:-* each cable drum length required 1000mtr in single run ) Cables to be supplied against this specification shall be suitable for satisfactory continuous operation .Cable must be supplied from the reputed make of M/s Havells/ M/s Polycab / M/s Universal. Contractor shall submit Manufacturer’s Test Certificates along with supply. Contractor shall stand guarantee for minimum eighteen (18) months for cable and workmanship from the date of commissioning
Making of new cable trench by Excavation over area of (0.75m X 0.46m X 1000 m) for laying of 1.1 KV, 7C X 2.5 Sq –mm. control cable of sl.No.2.
Laying and installation of cable of sl.No.2 along the trench for a length of 1000mtr run each. This includes piping-work steel /MS pipe wherever required at (necessary places), shifting of material from one place to another. Also required to fabricate / painting of cable indication plate providing at a consecutive distance of 30 mtrs approx. from each throughout cable length for proper marking of laid cable according to the instructions of site In charge (Material will be provided by BVFCL) and tools for excavation work will be provided by contractor.
Sand cushioning over laid cable along cable trench and trench filling with available excavated earth.
