Replacement of damaged LT power cable for Silo Feeder- I & II :

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of 4 core, 1.1 kV grade, 50HZ, 150 Sq.mm stranded compact circular Aluminium conductor, conductor screen with extruded semi conducting compound, XLPE insulated, insulation screening with extruded semi conducting compound, cores laid up, inner sheath of PVC, galvanized steel flat strip armoured and overall PVC sheathed cable conforming to IS 7098/(Part-I) 1988 with the latest amendments for Silo Feeder-I & II. Cables to be supplied against this specification shall be suitable for satisfactory continuous operation under the following tropical conditions. Maximum ambient temperature 45 ºC, Maximum temperature in shade 40 ºC, Minimum temperature 7 ºC, Relative Humidity (%) up to 100. Cable must be supplied from the reputed make of M/s Havells / M/s Polycab / M/s Universal along with other reputed make also. Contractor shall submit Manufacturer's Test Certificates along with supply. Contractor shall stand guarantee for minimum eighteen (18) months for cable and workmanship from the date of commissioning. a) 4C X 150 Sq.mm XLPE AL Conductor

Pulling, handling and laying of new Al. Conductor 1.1 KV grade healthy power cable size 4 C X 150 sq.mm PVC insulated PVC sheathed, armored, power cable through new cable trench (Cable trench shall be made by the Contractor) from WTP-II PMCC to Silo MCC Feeder- I & II at Sl No.-1 which includes the following jobs (MS pipe will be provided by M/s BVFCL.) :

Making of new cable trench by excavation over area of (1.0 mtr depth X 0.5 mtr width X 190 mtrs length) for laying of 1100V grade, 4CX150sqmm Power cable of Sl No.-1

Laying and installation of power cable of Sl No.-1 along with the trench for a length of 190 Mtrs. This includes piping work at necessary places, shifting of cable along with other materials from one place to another, providing steel / MS pipe whenever required. Also required to fabricate/ painting LV cable danger plate at every 10 mtrs distance throughout the entire cable length for proper marking of laid cable according to the instructions of Site-Incharge.

After cable laying trench filling with new bricks, new sands and available excavated earth.
