Sewerage Interception and Diversion works under Swach Bharat Mission for Municipal Counsel Hamirpur, District Hamirpur (HP).

Excavation in foundations and trenches (for pipes and pits for other civil structures) upto all depths in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work and saturated soil and paved surfaces including bailing or pumping out of water, chiseling or wedging out of same where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade including shoring, strutting, planking timbering and dewatering wherever required, stacking usable and unusable material/soil separately and after laying jointing and testing of pipes, returning the usable soil in 15 cm layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/unusable material as directed within all leads and lifts including cost of diversion of traffic, night signal boards, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1cement:4sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work & reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :

Foundation, footing, bases of columns & the like & the mass concrete complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Wall (any thickness,but not less than 0.10 mtr.thickness) attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth & string courses etc. from top of foundation level to floor two level complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, griders bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Prov.form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron frame 30 x 30 x 5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering,strutting & propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping & centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtr.& removal of same for insitu rainforced concrete and plain concrete work complete in all leads and lifrs and as per the directioin and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge :-

Flat surfaces such as soffits & suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like. Floor etc. upto 200mm in thickness.

Vertical surfaces such as walls ( any thickness ) partition and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Providing, Laying mild or tor steel reinforcement for RCC. Work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level Tor steel complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying cement slurry on R.C.C slab or C.C work using 2.75 k.g of cement per sqm of floor area before laying cement concrete flooring includingroughening of concrete surfaces complete within all lead and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 200mm wide cast iron rungs with chequarred or ribbed non slip surface including fixing in manholes with 200mmx200mmx100mm cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing SFRC Man hole for frame of internal size with frame of 560mm internal dia (Medium duty). The weight of cover & frame should not be less than 58 kg. complete within all leads and lifts.

Laying, jointing and testing of Ductile iron Spigot & socketed pipe with cement mortar lining on inner pipe jointed with push on joint including cost of all kinds of fitting such as sockets, SBR gaskets, bends and fixing complete. The pipe should be as per IS:8329-2000 Class K7 in a random length of 4 to 7 mtrs within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (Earth work to be measured and paid for separately)

Ductile iron pipe 150mm dia with wall thickness dimensions and test pressure conforming to IS:8329-2000 jointed with S.B.R. gasket Tyton push on joint within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge)
