Supplying, erection,testing and commissioning of new post top decorative lantern fitting of good quality suitable for 9/10 watts LED lamp of reputed make with ISI standard to be fixed at the top of the existing concret lamp post at the dam top with outdoor terminal box of size150x150x100 mm made of 16 SWG MS sheet with powder coated siemens gray painting with terminal blocks of adequate capacity and gland holes at bottom , connecting the fitting with 2.5 sqmm, 3 core,1100 volts, unarmoured flexible copper cable to the terminal box and closing the old teminal box opening with Hylum sheet to the satisfaction of Engineer at site including the cost of materials, labour, lead,lift etc complete and less the cost of retrived materials...

Supply, erection and testing of new single rod maintenance free earthing electrode of ¾'', 10' length copper bonded steel rod, earth pit treatment by Ground enhancement material (GEM), terminal connection made by CADWELD PLUS or equivalent Exothermic method, interconnecting the earth pits by 8 mm dia copper bonded steel rod etc. confirming to respective IEC standard by execavation of earth pit, earth pit treatment, necessary masonary work with man hole cover, measuring the earth resistance, painting the earth pit cover with double coat green enamel paint, numbering, writing the measured earth resistance on the cover etc. near the power room to the satisfaction of Engineer at site including the cost of materials, labour, lead,lift etc., complete.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 20 KVA, 415 V, 3 phase, silent operating, out door type diesel generator set with AMF control panel, battery and battery charger of Kirlosker / Cummins or any reputed make with ISI standard at the power room and handing over the released DG set to TANGEDCO to the satisfaction of the Engineer at site including cost of materials,frame, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete except the civil foundation work.

Overhauling, testing and commissioning of existing 8 HP induction motor used in the gate hoisting mechanism at dam top as per ISI standard including the charges for dismantling, cleaning, improving the IR value, varnishing, inspection and greasing of bearing and replacement if required, provision of new terminal box if required, assembling, erection, painting with suitable colour enamel paint, testing and commissioning of the motor,etc., to the satisfaction of Engineer at site including the cost of materials, labour, lead,lift, etc., complete.

Repair/renewal of hoisting arrangements

Over hauling and reassembling of the gear box, gear train assembly,rope drums, etc., of power intake gates and hoisting mechanism of trash rack complete using whatever suitable size spares of IS standard are required if any parts got damged in it and then bring the entire gear train assembly into service for trouble free operation as per the instruction of the Engineer at site, including cost of dismantling, reconditioning charges, all materials , labour charges, leads, lifts, etc.,complete .

Overhauling and reassembling of guide rollers,pulleys etc.,of power intake gates complete using whatever suitable size/ type spare required such as bearings ecentric pin,seal, aluminium bronze bush, spacer plate, gasket, spring etc., with good quality as per IS for ensuring the trouble free operation of the above said parts as per the instruction of Engineer at site including the cost of dismantling, reconditioning, all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Cleaning the steel wire rope of manually, melting the rope grease and re-greasing (Servo coat 120/140/190) the steel wire rope for power intake gate and cleaning the floor area free from spilled rope grease after completion of re-greasing including the cost of materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Painting with two coats of Epoxy coal tar with priming one coat of red oxide Zinc Phosphate of approved colour and quality after throughly cleaning,scraping,and removing the old paint in the existing surface of the power intake gate and trash rack area as per the instruction of the Engineer at site including cost of materials, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Painting with two coats of EPOXY Zinc Aluminum paint over one coat Red oxide paint after throughly cleaning the surface of trash rack hoisting trolly hand rails at dam top area and gear box as per the instruction of the Engineer at site including cost of materials, lead, lift, etc., complete.
