M & L sub main wiring with two run single core 6 Sqmm FRLS copper conductor cable PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1100 V including 20 mm dia PVC conduit/casing caping, medium grade ISI marked with all accessories such as Tees, elbows, junction boxes etc, as required fixed on wall alongwith one run of 6 Sqmm single core PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire and connecting to existing main switch board / distribution board and testing on completion etc complete all as directed. Note: Two runs of 6 sqmm and one run of 6 sqmm cable and one run of casing capping shall be measured as one RM

Taking down & dismantling the ceiling fan from site and removing its allied smaller parts for cleaning, servicing, oiling and lubricating and replacement of unserviceable parts such as bearings, bushes, etc and refixing the same fan in its original position with all the parts i.e. down rod, canopies, fan blades, split pins, screws, nuts and spring washers complete including, flexible chord of 24/ 0.20mm with neccessary connector (for blade/ body) as required after rewinding complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Spares used and rewinding shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item

M&L in repairs for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth wire of 4 mm dia (up to 7.5 m in length from earth plate ) by means of bolts and nuts checknuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as specified and shown in electrical plate no.3 of SSR part I including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 40 mm thick cover with MS rod 8mm dia at 150mm c/c in both ways as reinforcement, watering funnel, 20 mm dia light grade for protection of earth electrode, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge and tested on completion. Note : The rate is inclusive of necessary earth work, RFR and removal etc
