REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE 1:2:4 (One cement two M.sand and four aggregate) using machine crushed 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all reinforced cement concrete works connected to this work excluding centering, strutting, cost of reinforcement grills placed in position, but including laying, vibrating, curing and finishing, fixing fan clamps in the RCC floor and roof slab works wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of the wall at the sides and bottom of the slab, beams etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

(Masonry projections whereever necessary for obtaining required elevation shall be done without extra cost.)

SPECIAL CEILING PLASTERING and finishing all the RCC exposed surfaces such as RCC slabs, sunshades, canopies, staircase steps, landing slabs, etc. with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three P.sand) 10mm thick, including hacking the surfaces including curing neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement five P.sand) 12 mm., thick for walls in all floors including necessary scaffolding, curing, neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Flooring with scratch proof premium grade Double charged VITRIFIED TILES of approved quality and colour of size 0.60 x 0.60 x 0.008 m in all floors over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.sand) base above the existing bed concrete and pointing with same colour cement added with colouring pigments etc.,Complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

FLOORING with scratch proof plain CERAMIC TILES of premium quality and colour of size 305x305x6mm in all floors over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M.sand) base above the existing bed concrete and pointing with same colour cement added with colouring pigments at 3.00 kg/m2 etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer. DADOOING THE WALLS with Designed GLAZED TILES of SIZE 300 x 200 x 6mm of best approved quality like Johnson or equivalent make laid in cement mortar 1:2 (One cement and two P.sand) and pointing with the same white cement neatly to full depth of tiles in all floors etc.,Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The colour of the tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before execution).

Providing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Door : Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from un-palsticized polyvinyl chloride (Upvc) sections. Profiles: The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mmx55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm.The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. Windows should be steel reinforced with 25 x24 x 25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be of 60 x 102mm.The mullion should be of 60 x 74mm The profiles should have co-extruded seats. Hardware : All the hardware like friction stays,handles should be screwed with self tapping screws.The handles,locks should be designed so that they cannot be released from outsides. Glazing : The window system should be glazed with 5mm plain float glass /6mm bison lam. Installation : The profiles should be cut to length and welded 45 degrees.The window should be designed such that the water drainage does not pass through the reinforcement chamber The window system should be fixed directly to the plastered brick wall using self expanding nylon plug and driving MS electroplates screws into plug etc., Complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) windows of casement type (Open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames etc. Complete as directed by the departmental officers. (The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.)

Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing in position STEEL GRILLS. Square bars 12mm is welded to the inner face not exceeding 10cm spacing, All the members of the Grils shall be painted one coat with red oxide primer. The rate shall be inclusive of cost of all materials, labour charges including cost of welding electrodes, transportation to site of work loading, unloading and all other charges etc., Complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of Collapsible gate with channels of size 20mm width of standard size verticals at 12cm intervals and cross flat of size 20mm x 5mm including cost of rails at top and bottom with M.S 18 gauge sheet folded type to required height from low level with outer side flats of size 50mm x 10 mm and top frame of size 75 x 10mm including all other fittings like handle locking arrangements etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

WEATHERING COURSE CONCRETE using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slacked lime (no M.sand to be added) over the RCC roof slabs in the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid in a single layer and consolidated to the required design and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water etc.,Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 23cm x 23cm x 2cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight of cement used and the top pointed with same mortar mixed with red oxide to the full depth of tiles etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of red oxide and water proofing compound)

WHITE WASHING ONE COAT using best quality (KOTTAYAM) White cement in floors including cost of white cement and other materials, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of cost of gum, best quality of blue powder etc.,).

Painting the wall surface using best quality of PLASTIC Emulsion paint TWO COAT with ONE COAT OF PRIMER as per the Specification of the approved colour to give an even shade, including cost of brushes and all other materials required and scaffolding charges etc.,. Complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers ( The paint to be used should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before us on work.)

PAINTING the wall surface using best quality of TWO COAT of Exterior Emulsion Paint of the approved colour and quality as per the specification including ONE COAT OF PRIMER to give an even shade at the external walls with necessary scrapping including cost of brushes and all other materials required and the scaffolding charges.(The paint to be used should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before us on work). Complete and as directed by the departmental Officers.

PAINTING NEW IRON WORKS for doors, windows and Ventilators, Iron bars, Weldmesh, wiremesh, screen, steel bars, flats and other similar works etc., with two coats of approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide primer in all floors. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials and labour, brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer. (The paint to be used should be got approved by the Departmental officers. before use on work)

Cement concrete 1:8:16 (one cement eight M.sand and sixteen aggregate) using hard broken granite stone jelly 20mm for DUMMY COLUMNS excluding cost of centering and steel etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (cement concrete 1:2:4 for slabs to be extended upto top of splashing with pressed tiles and future extension rods to be embedded in cement concrete 1:8:16 and dummy columns should be at least 1.00m height). (First Floor)

Supply and fixing of Solid PVC door shutters using 19 Gauge 19 mm MS square tubes for style & outer frames 15 mm MS square tubes for top, lock & bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5 mm thick solid PVC Sheets. Shutter using 5 mm thick solid PVC Sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The overall size fo styles shall be 50 mm x 50 mm. The over all size of top rail lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75 mm x 30 mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50 mm s 45 mm with suitable rabate for housing the shutter. etc.,Complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(with frame)

Supplying and fixing in position best white glazed earthenware Oriya type INDIAN WATER CLOSET of approved quality of size 580mm x 440 mm with 'P' or 'S' trap and embedding the closet with trap to shape in position with 40mm brick jelly concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, two M.sand and five brick jelly) and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving connection to the C.I. soil stracks by dismantling the masonry floor or RCC works and redoing the same to the original condition without any leakage etc., complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. ( The water closet should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work)

Supplying and fixing in position best Indian make coloured glazed earthenware WASH HAND BASIN of with out pedestal of 550 X 400 mm with a pair of C.I. Brackets, 15mm dia C.P. Pillar tap, 32mm G.I. Waste water pipe, 32mm dia C.P. Brass waste coupling, plug with chain, 15mm dia PVC connection, 15mm G.M. wheel valve with I.S.I. mark and necessary G.I. Union and G.I.
