Cleaning the old concrete floor by picking, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg / Sqm on concrete surface complete all as specified directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick rendering on concrete / brick surface in CM 1:4 duly mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment with polymeric standard membrane of weight not less than 3kg per sqm with 90 micron highmoluculer density polethylene film sand witched between two layers of polymeric atectic polypropelene based bitumen, laminated on both side with 20 micron HMHDPE film, over a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @1.20kg/sqm after priming the surfaces with a bitumenous emulsion (tack coat) @100grams/sqm 10cm over laps of the membrane shall be fused uniformly by LPG torch flame on horizontal / vertical / slope surface on roof complete all as specified and directed.
