Supply & fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frame of cross section 90mm x 45mm having single rebate of 32mm x 15mm to receive shutter of 30mm thickness. The laminate door frame moulded with two resistant grade unsaturated polyester plain and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic light coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick square or rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer (screed bed) in cement mortar (1:6) and finish the surface rough to receive the tile complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Re-fixing old serviceable 15mm bore galvanised steel water tubing (GI pipe) but new fittings like elbow, tee, union, socket, reducer etc. in new or old portion/position to walls, ceiling, floor etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Old serviceable pipe obtained from taking up or down (here-in-before) item of this BOQ shall be reused after necessary cleaning internally and rerunning the old screw threads as required.

Disconnecting existing serviceable PVC tanks (OHT) of capacity upto 500 litre, setting aside or lowering for repairs, cleaning , etc. and hoisting if required, removing all scale and dirt from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes and keep in safe custudy. After the building repair work or as directed reconnecting and re-fixing in original position including all inlet and outlet water connection (as per existing) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note : New ball valve (float valve) and gate valve shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ.)
Supply and fixing ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball (polythene float) complete, screwed suitable for 20mm bore iron pipe complete all specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement 15 mm bore chromium plated Angle stop valve with Wall Flange of cast copper alloy chromium plated, fancy type with round head/knob, half/full turn, screwed down high pressure screwed end for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.
Supply and fixing in replacement concealed stop cock cast copper alloy, chromium plated, fancy type, long shank and cup, screwed both ends suitable for 15mm bore iron pipe complete, all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Supply & fixing in replacement cromium plated swivel shower rose of 125mm size with shower arm 195 mm long with bend of 45 degree with flange of any colour for fixing with 15mm dia pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Taking down carefully existing copper/aluminium point wiring (light/fan/sockets/bell/power point) complete with all accessories such as switch socket with sheet, ceiling rose, lamp holder including rusted/broken concealed conduit, junction and sunken boxes etc and removing dismantled material and making good disturbed surface of walls/floors etc matching with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate packed layer 15 cm thick of charcoal or coke and common salt all around bottom and top. 20 mm bore GI medium grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, PCC chamber pit made with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary form work, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, Pit cover 40mm thick made with RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including TMT reinforcement 8mm dia @ 75mm c/c both way, MS handle 12mm dia, cover rest on MS angle iron frame 40x40x6mm embeded in concrete duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 (Part-I) including taking out/dismantling old unserviceable earthing system complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) Protection pipe and GI earthing wire upto test point or upto electric equipment from top of earth plate shall be included in the unit rate of this item. (iii) The earth testing arrangement should be done by the contractor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
